Please, does anyone have a contact person in Dhl Hafsat Plaza in Abuja. I’m experiencing a bit of an issue. They messaged that my passport is ready for pickup but I go to the dhl link and it’s showing that my record was not found.
Please and please help me because I have waited this long to get my passport only for this. I need the passport asap as I want to urgently submit it for Canada processing.
If you have a contact person that can help me schedule appointment for pickup, I’ll be grateful.

Just to update you @xclusive4visa, I HAVE JUST PICKED UP MY PASSPORT WITH VISA (5YEARS) FROM DHL IN ABUJA. I GOT A MESSAGE FROM THEM YESTERDAY EVENING FOR PICK UP.I SUBMITTED ON 1ST MARCH, SO I GUESS YOU WILL HEAR FROM THEM SOON. CALM DOWN,NO HIGH BP OHHH

I submitted 8th March and I’m still waiting for a response. It’s still showing Application Submitted as at today.

Lucky you.
IW is generally faster in Lagos. Since March 8th I submitted mine in Abuja, no update has been made. It just shows “Application Received”. It’s just really unfortunate. Worse still is that I need my passport for something more important. I really don’t know what pushed me to do this renewal at this time.
It is indeed well!

Email Canadian embassy or submit a webform asking for an extension of the passport submission deadline.

This is currently my situation. I’m in a dilemma right now as I need my passport urgently. I honestly don’t know how to go about this. Why is my own always different. I honestly just regret all this.

I don’t know if there is a general issue for people who did IW drop off in Abuja. Lagos VO seem to be faster.
I submitted since 9th March, and no progress has been made.
I’m honestly not meant to be this worried but I need to submit my passport for Canada stamping and was given 30 days.
The unfortunate thing is that I can’t recall my passport from them. I’m honestly just so worried.

Please, I need help.
I’m trying to fill a DS-160 to apply for interview waiver renewal.
I’m currently based in Abuja, should I put my location as Abuja or Lagos considering that the IW is the Lagos embassy.
Also, would I need to travel to Lagos in person to submit my application.

Hello all,
Thanks to everyone who’s supported me one way or the other here.
I got my IELTS result yesterday. It was my first time writing and I had (L: 8.5, R: 8.0, W:7.5 and S: 7.5).
I think I am now ready to enter the pool since I’ve done my ECA.

I just have a bit of an issue especially with my 3 years work experience in 4 different organizations. Also, I’ll be glad if there’s anyone here with experience working in the NGO sector to help me with the correct NOC to use. I’m available via email.

They are having issues updating the platform, moreso if your documents are not complete yet they most likely wouldnt update till they receive the last required document.

Hello Guys,

Pease I’ll be glad if anyone can offer advice.

My transcript was delivered to Wes on the 15th of June and it was received. From then till now, no update has been made on my profile. I have also used my tracking number to check but no update till now.

I also sent an email to Wes about this issue and then said by the 22nd I should get an update. Today is 24th but I haven’t gotten any update.

Is there an advice on what next I can do or should I just be patient?

Please I have an issue I'll like someone to help me with.
I went for my interview in Abuja and was given the yellow slip for administrative processing.
I have gotten a mail from the embassy to pick up my passport at DHL office in Abuja.
Unfortunately, I'm in Lagos at the moment.
I'll like to know if my passport can be picked by by proxy with a 221g form and what is required?

I just finished submitting my application. I know it's late, but hopefully it will be worth it. It feels like a burden has been taken off my chest!
