PoliticsRe: President Jonathan Congratulates Buhari - Vanguardngr by nonykdj: 9:02pm On Mar 31, 2015
One thing I know is that President Goodluck Jonathan
will be fondly remembered and celebrated by all and
particularly the western world that have never hidden
their hatred for this gentleman. Even the western
media that have often sought to redicule him will
write his name in gold.
Bravo!!! President Goodluck Jonathan, you will always
have my unfeigned and unalloyed respect. You have
indeed shown that no politician's ambition is worth
the blood of any Nigerian citizen. I understand that
you have called and congratulated the president
elect, Rt Gen. Mohammadu Buhari; yes, that is the
most noble thing to do even though he never thought
about doing so in 2011 when you defeated him
rather, Nigeria witnessed an ambition that cost many
Nigerians, young and old their precious lives. But
today, you have truly shown what a gentleman leader
you are …and by extension, have made Africa proud
by setting a goal that no African leader, dead or alive
in history of African politics has ever achieved. I am
very proud of you as I see you receiving a Noble Prize
for Peace. You are not just a Nigerian hero, Africa
and the entire world will celebrate you. Irrespective
of your human imperfections, you remain to me, the
best president that has ever walked the path of
Nigeria. God bless you my most tolerable President,
it is well with you and your own.
To the President-elect, Gen. Mohammadu Buhari
(rtd ), I heartily congratulate you for this new fit you
have achieved despite trying and trying without
success. You have indeed shown especially, Nigerian
youths the practical example of "Keep trying until you
succeed." Congratulations! I am happy that you have
finally secured the key to the chamber from where
the most talked about change will be very much
anticipated. Nigerians are now facing the direction of
this promised change, and we do hope that all the
anomalies you pointed out on your way to this
chamber, about the outgoing administration would
be corrected in order to have our beloved country
progress beyond where it is today. As a human being
however, we would not expect you to perform magic
about this, even though you made us believe you
hold the magic wand that will make the country that
has suffered bad leadership even from the days of
your military predecessors and successors, the envy
of the entire world. However, we shall keenly wait on
your campaign & electoral promises for a better
Nigeria. I pledge to accord you the respect due to the
office you are about to occupy. However, be that
perfect and incorruptible person you have always
been assumed to be or be ready to be as tolerable as
the outgoing President Goodluck Jonathan whom
Nigerians never spared from verbal insults and
spittle but yet, remained calm and resolute. I wish
you good luck, good health and God speed as you
man the affairs of Nigeria for the next four years.
Congratulations!
To fellow Nigerians, we obviously have a new
president, and he is going to be the Nigerian
president and not a regional one. Therefore, let us all
accord him the needed co-operation and respect
deserved of a president from his countrymen
irrespective of our ethnic or religious backgrounds.
Support and pray for our new president. We would
be better for It.

Pick a descendant of Dan Fodio no matter how
unqualified, then get a highly qualified infidel as vice.
It's always been the tradition.
The iconic Zik as junior partner to Balewa's NPC.
The "outrageously" qualified Ekwueme under Shagari.
The Brainy Sylvester Ugo behind the economy that
sustained Biafra for 30 months serving the dumb
Bashir Tofa.
The great Oyi of Oyi himself, Okadigbo under Buhari..
The law himself, Umezoke under dumb Buhari again.
The brainy lawyer/ pastor, Bakare/ democracy rights
activist under same certificate-less Buhari.
Now a highly cerebral/intellectually sound professior
of law under him.
All these nonsense because he has millions of
sentimental voters to bring to the table.

I will not vote for a man who had no secondary school certificate, but became a
top shot military man.
He became power hungry, so he took over power by
force.
He abused human rights.
Nemesis caught up with him, so he was overthrown.
He later repented and wanted to be a democratic

president.
He hid behind a pastor and contested, but lost....and
lost again....and again.
Then he dumped the pastor, and picked another
pastor.
He was an Islamic extremist, but he has started
learning Christian hymns, because he has repented.
He has 150 cows, only. But he was able to buy a
candidacy form worth more than 20million...although
that is a loan, because he is an incurable debtor, who
also most apparently took a loan to send his daughter
to school abroad and afford a fleet of cars with a
convoy that was attacked by a failed bomb blast
attempt.
At 72 he believes he will finally become a democratic
president, so he can effect all the changes he couldnt
effect while he was young.

If it pleases the president to commend his political father rather than fighting back and exchanging words with obasanjo then I must say "He is a keeper" Obasanjo should know proper what election criticism can cause to a nation. He did worse to manopolize power in his time which earned an effortless transition to his second term and to think of him spinning the wheels for a third term which didn't work. I have always asked myself this question, how will General buhari feel when after his first tenure he is pressured to leave after doing his best. President jonathan is not the best God forbids he would be nigeria's best president but we can see his steady plan for the nation regardless of the distractions on his path. Jonathan made an etlitic comment and I'm good with that.
So on point

Nature129:
The train has 2 classes: Ordinary class and first class. At Enugu Station, the best station in the route, on a first class train, they charge #1,050 and ordinary class is #650 to PH. Buses charge #1,900 from Enugu to PH.

Also, the buses take approx. 4hrs to get to PH form Enugu but trains take approx. 6hrs because of many stops at stations in the route: Nome, Afikpo, Umuahia, Aba, petc.

Travelling on trains is fun and convenient but it's not advisable when you have something urgent to attend to. I travelled from Enugu to PH on that train. You guys should go check it out.
Pls where is the station locoted in PH? I wanna try it

hey ruled for almost 40 consecutive years and left their own people in the north desolate and fostered a generation of illiterate boys and girls. Now boko haram is using these girls to advance their evil agenda of Power coming back to the north. The north is seriously pulling Nigeria back.
