2. What does he think he is doing by pushing for Oyegun's removal?

Answer: He is indirectly fighting Buhari while pretending to love and support him. If he removes Oyegun, it means he wants to hijack the party from Buhari and it further goes to mean that he intends to fight Buhari using the party.

3. Does Buhari know all these?

This is like a report card where details are placed where the end-users /citizens are asked to report how concretized dealings had taken place,corruption-flow(if any) and all that.(Like with your dealings with this school,what happened)...It's like a questionnaire which is taken seriously and broadcast by both the media and CSOs.
Too many CSOs concentrate on PDP and APC these days,we need to come back home a bit.If popular opinion proves otherwise,the Government will look more...we saw people praise the Agricultural sector in the last administration,we also saw the then Environment Minister also applauded......we use schools as yardstick.

2)PUBLIC FUNDS TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Adopted by the World Bank,this works like a courier system,it monitors the flow of cash,from when it was assigned to end user...like a courier service,if you transmit a document say from Lagos to Kaduna,for ex....using say DHL........when you log in with a ref number,you should know where your document is at......Most of the way these monies are stolen is that,the FG releases 50 naira and before it gets to the last b/stop,the VC/Principal has 10naira,he pockets 5 naira,No way....we need to know where the money has missed road and deal with the offender ruthlessly...I think Obasanjo opened the OFFICE OF DUE PROCESS,where are they today? The President left,that office now dies. This should be its primary function.

3)THOROUGH SERVICE DELIVERY SYSTEM
Works closely with 2 above,but talks about whether the money the VC or whoever has received has been put for the purpose it was released and what are the challenges?I was once a member of SERVICOM in a Federal University and can tell you that service delivery is 0.
Money is released,someone Banks it in a fixed deposit account and speaks big big grammar and that's all,so we need to know your challenges and know how it is to be solved.
Recently,Ajimobi said lautech had 99 accounts,oh goddamit and nobody is punished? No will power.....

4)PROPER CHECKS AND BALANCES
There has to be proper accounting for all these,to know who has defaulted or where there are bottlenecks to prevent it re-occurring.I was once worked in a Private Organisation in Lagos where some of these things are not forgiven,you sign,you move over,you detail,you move over....the reason for ERP systems..

Surprisingly,we have some of these systems but they are still handled by Government People,allow private people,CSOs,whom the Government cannot sack or suspend,combine it with the FOI bill and a President who knows the value of Education...see Ghana(Atta Mills,Akuffo-Addo;all their Presidents are Eggheads).........you will see the turn-around,no matter the little difference as a result of our minions of institutions,w will make progress and expire these pen-robbers in our system.

Pmb is the minister for petroleum resources, he department he felt if headed by him would bring a lasting solution to problems face by nigerians but its a pity till now, him and his team are still far from a permanent solution. Obasanjo once head a ministry he felt he could bring lasting solution owning his experience was what i meant ya-ardua n Jonathan but it seams they were ill prepared before they became president.
From for points it shows how current and experience you have about our education sector and i totally in agreement with your 4th point. I still think until we have patriots occupying head of sensitive department in public institutions we yet to get it right.
An average nigerian can buy the media house, manipulate servicom and even hire NGO's to their credit. Its my hope we get more of prof oyedele's quality to bring in accountability and transparency into our education and other departments as well.
