The staff of Federal University Lokoja have bidden farewell to their Vice Chancellor, Prof. Angella Mirri Freemann today Friday 12, 2021 in an extraordinary way by sweeping the Adankolo Campus of the University. The staff were expressing their disappointment with the tenure of the VC whom they said had made the university a hell on earth for staff through corruption, mismanagement and insensitivity to the plight of staff.

Speaking through a lecturer in the English Department, the staff said they were out to sweep the bad fortune that had afflicted them in the last five years. They narrated that the Vice chancellor is the worst they expect to see going forward especially as the incoming VC is reputed to be a very serious academic who is not given to irresponsibility.

In a live broadcast video by the URTV World facebook page (link below), the staff could be seen wildly celebrating what they termed as the "obituary" of Prof. Miri.
