I passed that road toward the end of last December, and calling it unmotorable would be generous. In fact, even unwalkable feels like an understatement, unleggeable might be the most accurate description, if such a word exists.

The government doesn’t need to announce its closure for maintenance, the road has taken the initiative and shut itself down, permanently and with great enthusiasm since no vehicle worth its name can use the road. Perhaps Danfo and all these korokpe can manage.

Which road are you talking about and which portion of the road is unmotorable . Apart from agbara bustop to carwash which they are presently re constructing with concrete causing poor traffic flow at agbara there's no part of that expressway from mile 2 - agbara that is unmotorable , let's not even talk to badagry at all.

As for the topic , another nightmare begins, going to mile 2 that is always now a smooth ride is now going to be like those days of traffic trauma.

I honestly don't think the 9 months vaccine is supposed to be associated with very very high fever, the penta 6, 10 and 14 weeks is what is notorious for the very high temperature.


Something went horribly wrong, this is so disheartening and traumatic 2 children at once within 24 hours, very terrible.

It happened at a health center where many children would have also received from the same vial that particular day ,may make it a bit difficult to pin point the exact cause.

The truck was at the right side the driver is at the left, he had an impact with the truck parked at the right by it was not a total head on collision

How does one intentionally avoid using his own left side to hit a truck parked by the right which he would most likely be trying to avoid, the right side would be affected more nau because the first instinct would most likely be to try swerving back to the left though too late not necessarily intentional.

One room and parlor self contain on my street went for 1million 20k total package to pay 700 yearly and the smaller apartment 920k total package to pay 600k yearly.

Everybody dey package their landlord now with good behaviour though we have some considerate ones.

My mum's property in that axis we still collect 250k for decent room and parlor self contain, prepaid , decent fenced compound, cemented floor and the increment to 250k was because they misbehaved it's 150 they were paying, grandma no gree increase with church mind after all these years. I have told her it's because she doesn't survive on house rent that's why , landlords that survive on their rent will increase as inflation occurs , they no send you.

After the nonsense last year I got a lawyer increased with 100k and added 6 months quit notice, 6 months increment notice to coincide with the expiry of their rent. You can't pay you leave.

You cant be paying less than 50 percent of the market rate and be doing anyhow simply because it's an old woman that is living in the compound with you.

I knew they were not going to leave sha and they didn't,( when the least yamayama self contain is going for around 500k rent only ) they paid their increment jejely and comported themselves moving forward, now everybody pays their security levy on time and compound cleaning. No more nonsense.



Some tenants atimes cause some of these things. There are some landlords who just want people to take care of their house and collect minimal fees.

Strange enough we have been having light constantly , I have been hearing complaints for about 3 days now about electricity, the only difference is they now take it between 7 and 10pm and be flashing constantly.

Our church member who is under one 11kva around had to come and put Christmas croaker fish in freezer. No light at all at her end.

This is not a good period not to have light

Now I will say this if you live in Lagos and cant afford the creme de la creme of the private hospitals ( they are actually very pricey) abeg go for Lagos Maternal and child centers in the general hospitals .It can be stressful because queue is always long but at least they are always well equipped with professionals and also incase the baby needs NICU they will easily get admitted and by God's grace all will be well.

You want to deliver in an hospital that has no blood bank, oxygen no, NICU with incubator phototherapy stuff no.

The person on my street who linked me up to his relative who recommended me for a job back then , that Christmas I gave a Christmas hamper , it was around 20k worth that year. He was so excited that he even called his relative to inform him I gave him a Christmas gift.

Omo currently facing serious burning sensation on my face had been experiencing it b4 but today's own was bad in sense that I had contact with the net directly totally forgot I haven't washed & sun dry it,I gave someone she didn't washed it she used it & complained to me of heat that the net is made of rubber that's why & I remembered then she didn't washed it she only asked me to spread under sun rain even fell on it.make I no lie I wasn't myself the pain am experiencing Is much because my mumu used it like blanket totally forgot & funny enough I just barb & shaved last night.....God almighty will see me tru in Jesus name had learnt my lesson

It is not all about food. It is not all about sex.
