We now recently did few touches here and there in the compound and spent almost 1M, the so called rent both apartments are paying can't even pay for the little touch up done and somebody is saying yenyen yen on top 50k increment.


We sef live in a rented apartment in this Lagos too and I know how we calmly address my landlord during increment because I know how it can be.

Next year it's the prevailing rate in that area we will increase to , if he can't pay he should move out shikena, some tenants will always push landlords to be harsh.

To be fair on the agency though, they do a lot of mop up overnight on the road I mean Lawma itself.if not ehn you see those waste you pass by it would have just being a tip of the iceberg.

As for those doing chochocho you sef invest 50million per tokunmbo truck buy 2 for 100million apply for a route from lawma do it for 6 months and let residents be pricing to pay 300-500 naira per room, then you will understand what some of those PsPs pass through.

One was telling me what right do they have to increase rent, that they didn't make any changes in the property 50k increase oo from 150k to 200k big room and parlor self contained in ikorodu. Property that we just don't want the compound to be empty that's why we rented it out. So if there's no damage in the property we should be repairing what is not damaged.
The money being paid as rent can't even maintain the house gan.

There's no legal, traditional , religious/spiritual binding for introduction .

WAEC was a nightmare for every sec school students then but now no shaking because miracle centers dey

It was/is a very simple principle.

You prepare well your results come out well .
We read as if our lives depended on it, well it did sha.


We did GCE SS3 1st term as preparation and most of us aced it, WAEC and NECO was a breeze somewhere in between we also did JAMB.

Its the quest for allround As to advertise that is pushing schools nowadays , to get private secondary schools(maybe except mission some military or paramilitary and govt owned ) that don't do runs seems to be by miracle. It's so disheartening.

Students even have it easier now so much resources online I don't even understand the craze for runs and those that are not interested are even blacklisted. Na wa
