One was telling me what right do they have to increase rent, that they didn't make any changes in the property 50k increase oo from 150k to 200k big room and parlor self contained in ikorodu. Property that we just don't want the compound to be empty that's why we rented it out. So if there's no damage in the property we should be repairing what is not damaged.

You prepare well your results come out well .
We read as if our lives depended on it, well it did sha.


We did GCE SS3 1st term as preparation and most of us aced it, WAEC and NECO was a breeze somewhere in between we also did JAMB.

I had a gist with one of my okada customer, the point is is some of them make around 20k daily after expenses or even more depending on some factors.

At least my customers flat was 500k annual payment , he paid much more for total package when he was moving in. And he paid without stress.

You didn't answer my question? Is this current case file number in the YouTube video because I watched it briefly yesterday and I don't think it was mentioned there.

The case file number for Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries USA, Inc. v. Olufunke Ashekun in the Baltimore County Circuit Court is C-03-CV-22-004424.
Since she is going on appeal, the $50,000 payment will be paused pending the outcome of the appeal.

This case file number seems to be for an older case not this current one. I searched on the courts website.
