Politics / Re: Saraki, Sanusi: How They Took Over Intercontinental Bank From Akingbola by NoToPile: 9:36am On Feb 16
This is one part of the gist.

The other one flying around is how access that is owing IB ended up buying IB with the help of Saraki and Sanusi.

There is also another part stating how the original access bank when it was much smaller was taken over by wigwe and Aig from its original owners by clandestine mopping up a lot of shares without the knowledge of the majority share holders with the loan above gotten from Inter continental Banl.

Merging the three together well.....

Let them continue to spill.

There might be an element of truth in all these stories.

Lots of politicians and Nigerian business men are not clean.

I made a post earlier today that I will be gifting 2 widows the sum of 5,000 naira each and I got the greatest shock as a good samaritan saw my post and volunteered to assist with the sum of 200,000 naira.
I have gotten the alert and 20,000 naira will be sent to 10 widows.
I am also stepping up mine as I will be giving 10,000 naira each to 5 widows.
If you know any widow that needs this signify as I will make video call to confirm their eligibility.
Thanks alot and God richly bless us all.

Good morning I have a young widow I can recommend. How do I go about it.
Romance / Re: The Shocking Theft Of My Solar System: Pls Help by NoToPile: 9:54am On Feb 13
Hmmm, interesting thread.

You better look for your brother that is a thief.

Even the neighbor buyer was defrauded too, all of you are neighbour's now so it's not like they don't know him and you don't know them.

I blame Naija police though, your brother should have been produced but because those ones too want to chop from all the parties involved they will do nonsense. Now a mother is locked up.

You are now asking question if you did the right thing. If you are so sure why are you asking.

Your judgement was and is still poor.

So all of you will still be living as neighbour's after this matter abi. You better watch your back.

Matter that should have been settled internally. Simple conflict resolution they don't have everything na gragra.

It's a pity then if he truly had that look, if na him sebi all the goals for enter.

Nwabali really tried in that game, the pressure on him was too much, too many saves.

It's in bad taste people are trying to blame Nwabali. It was only a matter of time one or more of those balls would find the net.

Family / Re: Can A Woman Love Her Husband And Not Love His Family? by NoToPile: 1:32pm On Feb 09
pocohantas:

I wonder why they are always obsessed with the woman loving his family when majority of Nigerian men do not call their in-laws in 500 years.

There was a thread saying your wife's family are not your "friends". You should have seen the comments from our resident males.

It's a give and take situation, you can't claim your wife is not your blood, hate her family and expect her to love yours.

Also your family can't be oozing hatred towards the wife and expect her to love them. Respect them she will because she wants to keep her marriage but that love can not happen.

We are humans, we will always react subconsciously.

My cousin's wife saw hell from my other older female cousins you know when females with one rich brother gang up against a wife, then they labeled her a bad wife, transferred their hatred even to the children.

Incidentally the same 'bad wife' loves me and my mum like mad always asking when we would come visit but she was always dreading their own visit.

The day she narrated to me all what they did to her she broke down in tears, this woman is about 20years older than me.

Years have passed but the crack has not been mended their children are all in the uni now but the crack is still there.

Wife-inlaw relationships needs a lot of improvement in Naija, some families are getting it right though.

Until you as an inlaw sees that wife as a daughter or a new sister and that husband as a son or a brother. Things won't get better.

Husband's don't even see their wife as family, their own blood family comes first.

Husband's relatives don't see the wife as family she's an outsider.

Wife doesn't see the husband's family as family.

Husband doesn't see the wife's family as family.

It's a cycle in some Nigerian marriages.

It's neighbour's that gives police all this info.

If they notice you are always around especially as a man and you are making mistake working with a laptop you are automatically a yahoo guy especially if they perceive you are living large.

It's the means the police use to investigate that's the problem.

Do I blame them, maybe not.
Family / Re: Outrage As UCH Ibadan Rejects Sick Baby Because Mother's Refusal To Remove Niqab by NoToPile: 8:17pm On Feb 04
Every parent who has had a baby in NICU knows the rules.

Their rules plenty well well simply because the children have low immunity and some may not have been immunized at all, no outside shoes, clothes, hospital gown only, hair cover, washing of hands plenty plenty rules etc etc.

The nurses have explained enough infection control and security.

No need for Sensationalism that is how it has been and will be. Even the OP is Sensational, the nurse said infection control and security the OP only mentioned security.

Even Muslim doctors /nurses know this.
Religion / Re: Please Who Is At Fault Here? by NoToPile: 9:38am On Feb 04
Well on that same IG page they have said even in the north it's not allowed.

Upon all the explanation it's for infection control and security reasons, you want them to expose other babies there lailai.

What are we even saying sef, any parent who has had a baby in NICU knows this.

The hospital where we were Father's are not allowed, we wore hospital gown, we can't wear outside shoes in. Too much rules and the nurses keep on saying their immunity is low and some of them have not been immunized.

Even if they want to do naming on the 8th day, the mother will carry the baby to a glass partition within the NICU, the pastor or alfa will stand on the other side of the glass partition outside and say the prayers.

There were 2 full hijabite women there that I know during the period our babies were admitted and they complied

These things are not negotiable abeg. The father is busy recording seeing it as an attack on his religion when even Muslim doctors and nurses know the standard.

Now since the OP is asking who is at fault, it's the mother I will partially blame, she is the one who carried and delivered the baby, she is the one who is carrying a sick child and should know how to sort the husband out.

Hospital won't bend rules for you and expose other children.
