Circumstances beyond her control may have led to her driving herself to the clinic which is still risky but that driving home herself no be am, there's no reason why that should happen.

Besides sef is it that people don't plan for these things?

Romance › Re: What My Fiancee's Pastor Told Me The Day I Met Him. by NoToPile: 4:14pm On Mar 24
I honestly do not see what the pastor did wrong with the questions you said he asked.

Pastors are now wise they ask men who come to marry church girls serious questions, so asking for your financial status is not off point.

Lots of faworajas have come to church deceiving girls and they enter one chance pastor's sef have learnt. If you now get to marriage committee level nko that will ask deeper questions what will you now do?

Except there's something else we are not being told here.

The pastor has done nothing wrong asking about your income level, it's a very very valid question

Any power standing on my way fall down and die......... grin

Mfm prayers work wella you don't even need to attend the church to know.

Prayer rain is one of the very best books God used this man to write. Just open your mouth and pray it yourself.

And that very tiny book command the morning

God bless you sir.
Christianity Etc › Re: JW Adjustment On Blood Transfusion: Doctrinal Changes & Effects by NoToPile: 1:08pm On Mar 22
My own question is very simple, I thought there's a timeframe in which you can store blood. Will there be private banks where you can store your labelled blood incase the need arises or what?

I thought blood stored in blood bank expires after sometime

This one they said only your own blood can be put back into you I don't understand.
In this Nigeria?

Anyway na them know.

Properties › Re: Rent: My Landlady Accepted My Daily Rent Payment Style by NoToPile: 2:00pm On Mar 18
Some landlords may not even mind monthly payments but past experiences from wicked tenants will not let them accept such offer. You will be chasing them up and down every month, tenants from hell, shey Nigerians that don't like paying debts.

The OP is a good tenant.

I don't doubt the 8-10k daily profit
I had a gist with one of my okada customer, the point is is some of them make around 20k daily after expenses or even more depending on some factors.

At least my customers flat was 500k annual payment , he paid much more for total package when he was moving in. And he paid without stress.

DrMB:
The Court awarded $50,000 in damages against Funke Ashekun not $300,000.
The case file number for Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries USA, Inc. v. Olufunke Ashekun in the Baltimore County Circuit Court is C-03-CV-22-004424.
Since she is going on appeal, the $50,000 payment will be paused pending the outcome of the appeal.
This case file number seems to be for an older case not this current one. I searched on the courts website.

Do you have this current case file number?

Christianity Etc › Re: US Court Slams $300,000 Fine On Ashekun For Defaming Mountain Of Fire Ministries by NoToPile: 12:12pm On Mar 16
The good thing is no one can accuse DR olukoya of bribing a US court.

If it's in Nigeria now Sahara reporters would have written about how the church is trying to tamper justice.

They are saying it small small sha but can't loud it because it's a US court, rational minds can see through her rants.

I was even shocked to even hear part of the talk in the court room was about spirit husband and wife and how it's not biblical as part of what she's accusing the church for and also selling of the church books in church.

The woman wants to appeal the judgement she don dey call for contributions.

I had this discussion with my hubby yesterday .

Wale Adenuga has no fault in this, if he had said WAP didn't pay him well enough for his roles it's another thing entirely. He got paid for the role , WAP has a right to patent their product.

We have the pa James, bobo alinco, miss pepeye characters too.

Different people have been papa ajasco sef, one before him and some others after him.

Lots of stars rose from WAP, at least I remember kehinde Bankole vividly. There was one grace amah too, I doubt she's into acting anymore.

This is not even a religious issue ,

It's a common sense issue.

1. I personally don't even understand how some one is comfortable in such skin licking material sef.

2. I think it should be more like an underwear sef, the way we used to wear tights under skirts that thing is just a longer version of tights now.

People also wear it under abayas and and co but wearing that thing the way lots are wearing it is a no, some will not even wear pant sef the whole camel to.e and bumbum will be shaking up and down even those with water water bumbim. They will now wear polo on top sef, the whole outline of the bumbim and front will be there.

Some of my female gender sef na wa , just be doing anyhow.

The material is not even good for the skin sef

Pls tell me more about island maternity, someone told me to use them when i eant to give birth, that they hardly perform CS except on very dire situations of which you would have been informed before your due date. I use mcc and i was advised not to birth there because they prioritise CS Than vaginal delivery. I am confused. Pls advise.
Which MCC ?

I do know people say these things about MCC but I will just tell you the truth , if there's no medical reason to suggest a CS they won't recommend one and then people go on to say they prioritise CS. There has to be a reason and the doctors will tell the mother ahead.

From experience of co ANC women that had CS

1.Previous CS is an indication but still I was in the ward with a woman who had a previous CS and had a virginal birth the only thing was they didn't argument labor, they allowed it progress naturally and they explained to them why they can't augment.

2. Size/position of baby
3. Things that can arise during labor that may require an emergency CS
4. All other medical things that they talk about.

Some of us had our babies at one of the MCCs and CS was never suggested at any point and for many other mothers around.

So I can even tell you the same can apply to island maternity, if there's a need for it it will be recommend if not then VIrginal it is.

So maybe the person/people advising you had an indication for CS and that one experience is used as a yard stuck

He too wasn't clean. Let's ask ourselves, how come it was working to a reasonable extent under Fashola and it stopped under Ambode. Ambode stopped a working process to bring in a firm to come do IT in Nigeria. A huge problem of our leaders is selfishness. They don't understand the call to serve, they just want to be able to chop in contracts. That contract was a disaster, so Ambode eventually worsened the problem. There is something called change management. Our leaders act like dem no go school.
You know what you are talking about.

The ripple effect of that scrapping of PSPs in 2019 for that short period and the failure of vision Scape is what we are still experiencing and I am saying this before we can get back to that pre- fashola era it will take more years.

People still say it till today that they are not meant to pay for waste - this was said during the whole vision Scape wahala,

This act of bringing waste to the bustops/median for pickup when did it start ? During the whole vision Scape saga .

As for those saying they should bring in more contractors (PSPs) this is not pre 2018.
Who wants to invest about 40-50million naira for one compactor (tokumbo) without getting ROI and residents will be telling you story no payment and Lawmas standard is at least 2 trucks .
You want to invest almost 100million naira in what you are not even sure of the returns you will get ? No way.

When compactors were still 5m-10milliom people were buying easily. Even the current PSPs lots are struggling and can't recapitalize because these things are now very expensive

All these things are not by chochocho jare.

Invest 100million in trucks and write application to lawma, you sef will become psp.

The major thing that can help now is the govt to look into the dumpsites issues , reduce queues hereby increasing the turnaround time of those trucks dumping.

If queues are eradicated most of these problems will be solved.

Why on a Sunday when the news has been out since all this while.

Justice was served. The story is such a pathetic one, trust nobody oo. Christian or not pastor or not.

I listened to the crime narration on tonytalks TV .
Lots of lessons to learn, the problem all started when he gave him the key to his apartment to have access to the chairs anytime they needed, then you as pastor began to steal his personal stuffs.

One thing though, the way just anybody becomes a pastor these days is alarming, especially our new gen churches , youngies are now pastor here and there , in the older churches you have to be tested and trusted in the faith and character.

The judiciary needs to work on their time lines sha

5Years is too long for judgment .
