This is indeed really terrible. The child needs professional help like the other lady suggested and I believe he needs his father too. It's obvious he is not scared of his mom and is a disobedient child too.

This is why one must always be wary and aware of the type of company etc a child keeps because he obviously learnt this from somewhere..

This thread has a lot of generalisations.

My dad is from Anambra and he went on to marry a woman who is not even from the same tribe and even country as him. He married a Ghanaian

People generally marry who they understand and are comfortable with. It's not just limited to Igbos or Nigerians but Chinese, Indian etc. It's normal. However as can be seen by myself, Anambra men can marry outside their tribe if they really love you and you have all the qualities they want in a spouse.

My dad is the best man I know. I am proud to be from Anambra. Beautiful rich culture and people.

Ghanaians and Nigerians are like Jamaicans and Trinidadians. Always issues between them. Not surprised at all because according to history, most Jamaicans are from Ghana while most Trinis are from Nigeria.

On a serious note,I think the problem is rivalry. Both nigerians & ghanaians have a "I am better than you" mentality towards each other.
Being two of the most dominant countries in West Africa, they're always at each others throats
 
Same can be said about South Africa and Zimbabwe, Kenya and Somali etc. It is what it is. Neighbouring Countries have been at loggerheads with one another since 1200AD. Its nothing new.

I believe that they should. Even though they have african ancestry, majority know nothing about africa/not in touch with Africa and overtime they have built their own unique culture where they can relate to one another.They should have their own ethnicity.
