TayserMahiri: You being my punching bag can confess that we Kenyans punch way harder than most of you can afford. We descend from warriors who had to chase wild beast from caves, hunt mastodons for food, defend and slay our opponents with only one weapon. The fearless masters of the universe.
Empty stories
I don't see the land that you Bantu savages conquered and occupied in Kenya.. You have the smallest lands among all ethnic categories in Kenya. You can imagine you uncivilized creatures only own about 20% or even less of the land in Kenya, yet you have the overwhelming majority of the population. Fvcking without control.
darfay: Leave them bro kazikazi has their medicine. Notice how they fear Tanzania, kazikazi gives them night mares
Seriously, I've stopped taking Kenyans any seriously a long time ago. They are a bunch of jokers with nothing to offer but lies.
They have been degrading Tanzanians before Kazikazi joined this thread. Now, Kazikazi has proved to everyone that Tanzania is the no 1 tourist hub of East Africa and even the Kenyans now agree after they have been exposed. The same Tanzania fares better than Kenya in Agriculture.
I really can't see in what way Kenya is better than TZ.
I now do not believe Kenya's GDP to be as high as they claim it to be, or Tanzania's GDP should definitely be higher than purpoted.
Kazikazi: A punching bag? Can a starving guy punch anybody? Ho ho ho ho....
People like TayserMahiri and gallivant prefer living in fools paradise.
I see what Tanzanians and Kenyans look like. Kenyans always tend to look unkempt, sickly, hungry and ugly compared to Tanzanians. See their athletes. So I really wonder who is truly who's punching bag.
Kazikazi: Are you smarter than Tanzanians?? Are you?? FYI, The gov did its homework very well.We knew the current global demands for cashews.we knew how supply chains works.we knew how the speculation affects the global prices. We knew the next big harvesters (Nigeria and Vietnam) will only be able to harvest from march. We disrupted the supply chain. So we stopped all traders from buying.Magufulis sent the army.It appeared crazy to unintelligent. The results are there.Prices are up.we fooled the speculators.
Now go do the same to your tea.
Hmm, this is interesting.
Can you tell me how Cashew farming is done in TZ?
What parts of TZ is it done, and by whom? The masses?
TayserMahiri: Stop playing victim. There's nothing you wont try here and we will still send you packing. We have dealt with worse fools than you. You are just a piece of trash. Neighbor my foot. We have plenty neighbors too and they arent as jealous as you. You wont beat us in anything, aside from the temporary tourism, which has made you think we are equals. We are not equals. You are our juniors, our punching bags. And you need to work on your jealousy.
Tanzania is the number 1 tourism hub in East Africa, while Ethiopia is the largest economy in East Africa.
Kenya is just a noisemaker. Nothing to offer apart from white and Indian elites milking the country dry.
Sharmeenator: This is a recent bad business experience I want to share. I believe one or two people will learn from it. It's a long story but I will try to make it short without losing too much details.
I decided to start a side hustle in 2016; a cyber cafe, business center and payment solutions provider (e.g. IKEDC, DSTV/GoTV etc.). I got a big shop at a nice location, renovated it to look nice and comfortable. The shop was setup beautifully. Customers were given laptops to browse instead of the old PC everyone uses. We were getting positive feedbacks daily and motivations to grow bigger. To cut the long story short, everything was going on well and we were progressing and profiting there until the third month.
My boy called me one morning that he met the door opened with no sign of forced entry. We later leant that my staff was careless with the key, someone must have smartly made a copy from the bunch he carelessly left on the counter. We changed the lock and upgraded the security. 5 laptops, router and money were stolen.
Less than a month later, another burglary attempt was made. This time very forceful; the window was cut opened late in the night and the burglary removed. The most unfortunate part was that no one confessed to hear a sound from the removal (which I'm sure couldn't have been done silently) in the dead of the night. The landlord, a pastor in the church that separates the shop from the resident building wasn't so bothered as no one in the house and his family was targeted. More laptops and money were carted away.
I pleaded with the landlord to allow me to get an "aboki" to stay there at night so he could watch over the shop as the security guards we pay to secure the area are as useless as used diapers. He refused citing religious differences. I was forced to involve the police this time despite hating the idea in involving our men in black. I paid 10k and nothing was done. Detective assigned asked me to investigate personally and call him when I 'catch' thieves I didn't care, we did some diggings and suspected 3 guys; popo man was called and he said he has closed for the day. The following day when we called him again, he lied he was coming and later cancelled the appointment citing official duty despite having tactically delayed one of the suspects. I have sworn never to involve Nigerian police in my affairs again
Almost a week later, a third attempt was made and it became clear we had to leave at least for the sake of our lives. We used less than 6 months there and all these unfortunate events happened within 2 months. We left hastily for another shop not far so we could continue where we left. This decision marked the worst I have ever taken. The new shop, although smaller showed signs of success, so I thought. We renovated it and moved in almost immediately hoping that business would be better there especially with the planned inclusion of Bet9ja and PS2 Gaming. Bet9ja bursted my bubble by not approving the shop, mistake number (I can't tell again). I tried Winners Golden Bet, they answered my prayer but cut it short later when they retrieved their license citing a mistake from them as there was another WGB center not too far off which they didn't noticed earlier. Maybe I would have been given notwithstanding if I had a good connection. I had to settle for Surebet247 which checkmated me to defeat.
Business was over dull in the new environment (no pun intended). Light was over bad (they only have light during our closing hours). We buy fuel of almost 2k everyday despite not making up to 2k (it's that bad) daily. I was practically financing that place with personal money; paid my two staffs from my pocket every month. We did only four months there as that was how far I could personally sustained the business. I sadly laid off my staffs, locked the shop till when my rent expires which was in February this year. I sold off most of the items I didn't give away at ridiculous prices as there was no place to keep them. When I sat down to count my losses, I calculated a loss of 1.6 million (which is surely more than that). I haven't recovered from the unfortunate incidents having spent all my savings. I'm married now with a child this year but I have fallen flat into the same rat-race I was avoiding by attempting to open another stream of income. I will rise, I will fully recover and charge forward.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Any business involving costly electronics like laptops, on must posses a heavy duty safe lock which you lock up all these electronic gadgets. So, that no matter how the shop is burgled, these gadgets are safe. These safes can never be broken and cannot be easily moved away.
and his own people are not even helpin him sef.....
try this in europe with their police and see if the common white citizens would not rush you.....
OMG, it is finished. I have given up on Kenyans. Did this truly happen in Kenya?
Well, it shouldn't be much of a surprise. This is what happens in a country where people with white skin are being worshipped and treated as first class citizens.
I hope people like TayserMahiri, mtisTheQubit, gallivant, rvp20182 et al have watched this video.
Such madness cannot happen in a public place in Nigeria. The white man will be severely dealt with. .. Such a pity.
68816419: ll, the very truth is nairobi can only defeat lagos in greening and nothing else, when both CBDs are removed from the equations, Lagos wins hands down, the reasons been that , nairobi development are all situated at the CBD and adjoining upper hill Ares, and this so called upper hill have bad infrastructure(bad roads, no drainage, no good master plans) and this tells you that Kenyans can never build any planned city from scratch. Aside that, even the so called " developed" areas are too small to be compared with Lagos developed areas . In lagos, development are well spreads across different locations you could go to Ikeja VI, Apapa, festac, lekki and other places and find that these areas have the feeling of a "City" and not just as an areas, these places (not the CBDs) are planned and could actually be compared with other Africa capital city cause of their sizes and contents . I know Kenya in an out as i was parts of IT experts that were contracted for some projects across the country. I can tell you that lagos have superior infrastructure not only in Nairobi but the whole of Kenya at large, lagos roads are wider, cleaner and one can't even compare the numbers of flyovers lagos has with the whole of kenya. And about other kenya cities(Nakuru, Mombasa, kisumu, eldoret...), they all have same issues, develop a small portion of the county, make it a CBD and then leave the 98% of other places out, you could compare Mombasa with states like Kaduna, Uyo, Benin and even with that, Nigeria States would still be better off, for the fact they have better roads network connectivity and have their development spreads across. In comparing Kaduna with Nakuru, even those the Small Nakuru CBD would win in the area of CBD development, Kaduna would still win in the aspects of general developments, kaduna have large towns such as Kaduna city,Zaria, kafancha and other area, but Nakuru and Mombasa only boast of their CBD ,it will be suicidal to compare any other Nigeria states , such as abuja, ph, Enugu, calabar, with any kenya county, these states have superior infrastructure, better roads networks, bigger towns within States or counties, larger economy, better future development prospect, better sports and recreational facilities. In generally speaking, Nigeria is more developed than Kenya, in terms of roads networks, planned and larger cities, more and better international airports, better economy, bigger tourisms prospect, better sports facilities, have more locals controls of resources and properties, very open to foreigners and does not care where u r from (imagine locals and foreigners working around with passports trying to avoids very corrupt police officials ). kenya have the advantage of having much more foreigners as local but I real don't see that as an advantage this bcs these guys leave far more better than the locals lastly, some kenya cities tends to be Eco friendlier than Nigeria and this could be attributed to better policies, the fact its generates large chunks of the country income and the fact that it has lesser population than Nigeria cites. 100% truth.
Post of the year.
This completely sums up everything we have been debating on from the first page.
Compared to other African countries, Kenya is doing well, but development in Kenya is not as widely spread as Nigeria.
I have likened Kenya to the father who has many multiple kids but decides to feed only a few with all it's rescources till they're well fattened, leaving the others to starve, WHILE Nigeria is the father who divides his limited rescources equally among all his children, ensuring everyone gets a taste.
rvp20182: Comparing Nigeria biggest Tax payer outside Oil (MTN Nigeria) and Kenya's Safaricom. MTN Nigeria - Total customers around 55m (Market Share 40%. Safaricom (around 30M - market share 65%).
2018 half year revenue 1.7B dollars against Safaricom 1.2B dollars. Nigeria telcom sector in 2018 we can assume is worth - 8.5B dollars - while Kenya is 3.7B dollars - as you can see about HALF
Where is Nigeria vaunted SERVICE SECTOR?
All the figures I ran - including in finance/telcoms - I generally see a market twice as big as kenya! And when I ran South Africa telcoms I see domestic markets nearly 4 times Kenya... roughly 12b dollars worth. That is real 350b dollars economy.Nigeria real GDP is 180B..less than Algeria.
Keep on fooling yourself. A 180B economy cannot support 40 million middle class citizens.
68816419: sincerely speaking, a Kenyan friend of mine once told me that, "without Indians kenya would be worst that Zimbabwe" I then I asked him y would he say such , he continued " imagine the kind of job opportunities nakumat(Kenyan-indian supermarket chains ) serit center and other supermarket alike, Industries, housemaids and cleaners jobs, guardsmen would be lost?" . that prompted me to make few researches online my self, I found that Indians Somalis,Europeans and few Nigeria banks and firms actually employs over 75% of privately driven job opportunities in kenya .
TayserMahiri: So Turkana finally has a university.
O hail devolution
Give them something to cover their dangling 'tortoris' and something to eat before universities. Building universities for people who still live stone age lives? Well since it's just a college....
kikuyu1: Rwanda is only a capital city with shiny new buildings filled with foreign NGO bosses and their Tutsi hangers on in a perpetual celebratory self-service fest! On the ground outside Kigali is POVERTY! Thousands have risked their lives the past two yes on a journey as dangerous as the Sahara trip escaping to Uganda! Why would they flee to a fifth world country if everything at home was cornflakes?
As if Kenya is any different. At least poverty in Rwanda hasn't gotten to the extent where they rent out their wives for foreigners like Kenyans do.
TayserMahiri: I dare you to try Kenya. We kicked out white colonial masters with superior weapons what about Nigerians with an average IQ less than Ghana? Your gonads will be handled quite well by our hardy policemen. Forget about expanding your primitive libido to Kenya. Crashing your male testicles with a lemon squeezer will be our past time the moment you start fvcking around!
But you left them and the Indians behind to run and milk your economy. Patethic.
kikuyu1: A question:what will it take for change? Its not just stagnation but poo is getting worse! Why don't you guys,Igbos,Yorubas,Urhobos,Shuwa Arabs,Kanuris,Berom,Ibibio etc etc,all you dissatisfied Naijjans say ENOUGH!! The power issue has ran for almost 5 yrs now-my bro in law was in Jos 2 yrs back for a wedding. I rmbr him say it was cold and dark the 2 nights he was there:"everyone seemed used to it," in his own words! HOW BAD MUST IT GET? There's some sociocultural issue we as Kenyans find incomprehensible-pls break it down for us.
That was 2 years back. Power in Jos city is now far far better. Almost 24 hours. That's my hometown, I was there 2 month ago and for an entire week, I could count the number of hours without power on my fingers.
Slaveryisgood: I thought Kenya was better than Nigeria and South Africa . Why are the most skilled Africans with the best education in Africa have such a mini middle class . I told these bastards how dumb their utterances are. Ordinary South Africa they are always picking on is doing way better than them even though Kenyans got their independence in 1963 , I told them in Africa we can only accept Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa as the guys playing catchup with the big boys , yet these shameless monkeys are acting as if they are the ones who should be lead by younger guys . South Africa does have a bigger middle class than Nigeria in percentage but like the giant we are , our numbers of middle class people are their whole population meaning we have a wider market unlike the starving kenyettas who can't compete in anyway with the big guns in Africa . They are only good at repeating what their British slave masters tell them on BBC, ignoring the reality in front of their eyes ,poverty and slums . All we hear is we will be better than everyone by 2030, yeah right, as if the other nations aren't working hard to make their lazy asses sniff the dust . Kenyans Kenyans . Red eyed , skinny looking slaves . They are advanced in farming , yet they are the only starving Africans . Their universities give Africa the most skilled workers , yet we can't find them dominating the middle class or rich lists . Go to Forbes list , all you see is a competition between Nigeria and South Africa, same as influential list . The charcoal.1963 bastards are nowhere to be found because they are still under heavy British control. Losers .
darfay: U guys should stop mentioning Ekiti ondo plateau and Taraba First Ekiti is predominantly Christian, had contact with a lot of them in the University and I have never met a Muslim from Ekiti state. TBH Edo should have more Muslims than Ekiti
For plateau and Taraba people like @ Nowenuse could tell us more about their state
Ondo also has a very large Christian population at least the areas that borders Delta and Edo are predominantly Christians.
Let's not forget that Yoruba are religious tolerant unlike like the state in question . I have seen cases where a Muslim(yoruba) family harbours their Christian cousin and yet to only thing different is that dey don't wear hijab like their nothing more such a phenomenal is impossible in the North
I made a post replying to one of them below. I didn't join the thread early.
Nowenuse: You people just sit down in your bedrooms to write rubbish about state that you probably have never visited.
Berom, Ngas, Tarok, Goemai, Mwaghavul, Afizere, Ron-Kulere, Pyem, Boghom and Pan are the 10 largest indigenous tribes in Plateau.
Can you tell me how of these tribes are predominantly muslims?
Only Boghom are predominantly muslims, followed by Pyem which are like a 50/50. Every other tribe is overwhelming christian in population. I wonder where the 40% muslim population in Plateau comes from.
Then you see fools comparing Plateau and Kaduna. Kaduna which the entire southern half is christian dominated.
In Taraba, Jukun, Mumuye and Fulanis are the 3 largest tribes. The first 2 are overwhemingly christians and the 3rd overwhemingly muslims. Every other tribe among the remaining dozens of tribes in Taraba state are predominantly christians except for Jibu and perhaps Wurukun. Taraba muslims are about 30% while Plateau muslims are like 15%. This is why muslims now get the deputy in Taraba. In the past, they didn't get.
People like you don't know that Christians in Borno, Niger & Kebbi states are up to 25-30%. They do not get the deputies there, but they never complain.
This was my reply.
The truth is that, I don't blame Hausa-fulanis for treating Northern christians with so much disdain and belittling. Our own people are the cause. We do not know how to play politics well...
Southern Kaduna people have decided to settle for deputy governor for long without challenging the status quo by fielding their own candidate in a party and giving him massive votes to win governorship, cos they have what it takes.
They killed themselves in 2015 when they decided to vote between 2 hausa men for pdp and apc. Can kaduna hausas ever be left to such a choice like voting between 2 christian candidates? Hell no they wouldn't.
Adamawa christians are also making the same mistake like Kaduna and don't be surprised if APC fields a muslim muslim ticket there too soon enough. Gombe the same thing too.
FriendNG: Forget Ekiti what of Plateau and Taraba state that have 40% muslim populations?
You people just sit down in your bedrooms to write rubbish about state that you probably have never visited.

Slaveryisgood: See them . They like to act as if their girls don't do runs overseas , even though they are the main culprits in middle East, Saudi Arabia . Manchester is littered with Kenyan and zimbabean hoes .
U dey mind d lai-lai kenyans? Kenyan girls run a high prostitution ring in Arabia. While our own women prefer Europe, yours prefer Arabia You know Arabs colonized Kenyans and gave them the swahili language. Their women are giving back to their colonial masters. I won't be surprised if Kenyans dominate prostitution in Iraq and Afghanistan
Kenyan women are just so desperate! Saudi Arabia of all places?! Even with all the sharia and islamic laws and beheading of offenders? Kenyan women sha nor dey fear oo. Don't be surprised if you find them in the Vatican city very close to the pope.
Slaveryisgood: See them . They like to act as if their girls don't do runs overseas , even though they are the main culprits in middle East, Saudi Arabia . Manchester is littered with Kenyan and zimbabean hoes .
Kenya is such a hopeless country. Yet they accuse others of poverty. What kind of poverty could make a man rent out his wife? Or give out his child for sex? God save Africa.
kikuyu1: As always your analysis is unique. You contradict the WB,IMF,Prof Falae, the overwhelming majority of Naijjans, international independent economic observers and we Kenyans with our free and helpful advice. Frankly, you wouldn't even know if it was raining! Take several seats and rest your scant remaining brainpower!!
mtisTheQubit: Sorry but our low income got paid more that your higher income earners..so who poor now...Nowe stop arguing like rural fellow..Rural area guys are comfortable with little spending an see life like that but as ya progress with life that easiness of life changes coz ya got spend like everyone else..like school fees, buying your new car..there no different price for rural an city..same applies to Naija an Kenya..Ya got earn more to survive
Govt schools are free in Nigeria up to secondary level and our tertiary institutions are extremely cheap. Yes rural dwellers do not need to spend money everyday like people in the cities, so judging them purely on monetary bases is not fair.
If they can get the proper amenities from the government, they would be able to produce more food crops and sell them easily. So, I'm still saying the same thing. They are not poor. Not when they have access to acres of fertile farmlands.
