hmmmm... depression. It happened to me just last night, but thank God I am feeling better now.
I have learnt over the years that it is just a phase of life and all we have to do is just relax and breath and everything will fall into the right place.
sometimes when am depressed I write, not necessary my story but a story from my imagination. I also beginning to draw and also listen to audiobooks. My favorite so far is a return to love and the four agreement. This books have really shaped my life and how I react to situations.
