the British were the world powers at that time, they had so much power to do what they did. we on the other were poor and powerless. power at that time was about colonizing people and their lands. the ottomans did the same. any powerful country could have done what they did. the US is doing the same thing. if Africans were powerful and rich they could have done the same. it is all about power.

after independence, we should have moved on and empowered ourselves, instead, civil war came, oil looting, tribalism, and corruption. did the white ask us to do this to ourselves, no! we choose this path and here we are.

instead of us to take action and start developing ourselves, we keep blaming everything except ourselves. the world is moving and if Africans don't take the bull by the horn, racism in the future will be worse than this.
