Following the CBN’s new policy on cash withdrawals for both individuals & corporate organizations, here is an important update on the new limits that will take effect from January 9, 2023.



Cash withdrawals over the counter and at the ATM will now be at a maximum of N100,000 weekly and N20,000 daily limit.
All third-party cheques above NGN50,000 will not be eligible for payment over the counter. The NGN10,000,000 limit on clearing cheques is still valid.
Only N200 notes and below will be disbursed at the ATMs.
Cash withdrawal via the POS will be at a maximum of N20,000 daily.
Also note that, once a month, you may be allowed to get up to N5,000,000{Individuals} & N10,000,000 {Corporates}, with an added processing fees of 5% & 10% respectively.

You will also need supporting documents that will include:

Valid ID (National ID, International Passport, Driver's License)
Bank Verification Number (BVN)
A signed declaration of purpose for the cash withdrawal
Written approval of the withdrawal by the MD/CEO of the bank (This will be subject to our internal review and on a case-by-case basis[img][/img]

Try the app Patricia , you can search and download the app on google play store and apple app store. There are a few more that can convert your airtime to cash, do a simple Google search for others. Hope this helps
