Dear npowerng i am 2016 beneficiary and for the 1st time in April 2018 i recieved 1 month stipends now awaiting the rest but yesterday i got a message from Npower asking for alternative bank detail to enable my payment to come through and i did provide an alternative account with Bvn verification slip but afterwards i got the text message again asking for an alternative bank account. Please look into this matter as i has gone severally to the bank and have been told my accounts are linked to my Bvn and now i am depressed from the whole thing. I said you guys paid first batch Dec stipend despite the
fact that they have not been deployed then,why our own case is now different? And you have absorbed us and we are not the one at fault concerning the deployment. And pls stop addressing me as sir.

doing. if I may be right, it will be a year by next month
(June 2017) that we started this our journey with you,
please kindly make everything snappy with our deployment.
Our morale is getting low day by day sir. We appreciate
the fact that you are doing your best and thank you for
bringing us this far. But please, intensify more effort
towards our deployment, we hope to hear from you soon.

Some of us are still having issue with OTP for the successful beneficiary. The OTP is generated and sent to the email but on putting it give an ERROR MESSAGE. How do we get pass this problem.

They are even supposed to pay us arrears from january till date. Afterall they're the ones that wasted time in doing their job.

...@ npowerng, I and many of my pals are still not able to onboard after the change of password stage for over a month now. it seems the npvn site comes up once a while and a few get access. please d site should be properly upgraded so that ALL can onboard. I got a notification that I am yet to onboard, I believe things are getting critical. npower should get their technical team to do the needful if this this is not intended to stop some from accessing the program.

On my profile, there is no Npower ID, surname was wrongly placed,no bank name and account number, wrong date of birth etc.
I cannot edit my page. I need to edit it so that I can change the errors.
I am 2016 awaiting list.
