wat u just need is to revisit d site nd change ur url to npvn.npower.gov.ng/onboard. Once it opens,re-upload ur passport nd id card. Bt before u upload id, make sure u reduce its size to d maximum of 300kb.

Everyone on "Awaiting list of 2016" have not been able to go past the OTP validation.
It can be frustrating really.
I confirmed it on Npower page on Facebook too.
We have waited this long to be kept on hold like this.
npowerng we are waiting endlessly for this to be solved.

Thank you Npower, I am done with changing of password and all uploading, but while going through my profile I discovered that in the DEVICE SELECTION section It indicates no record. But I remember vividly that I selected a device during registration. What should I do to re-select device? Thank you.
