Utility bills include Water bill, PHCN bill, Bills for trash and waste.

During the application process, I chose Edo state as my state of primary assignment, however due to unforeseen circumstances, I have relocated to Sokoto.

Is there anyway I can change my state of primary assignment to Sokoto state?

Since he'll be sent an SMS to come for physical verification, what do you advice he doesWill an email be sent also?

Note, he has tried to retrieve it but couldn't...

Email would be sent in due time, But it is very important for him to retrieve the Sim card number,
Necessary information would be communicated via SMS later.

N-Build,
There is the technology bit of it which is the Npower Hardware, N-knowledge hardware and software and
there is the creative which is the N-knowledge creative. For the N-knowledge creative and hardware/software.
