I am an npower beneficiary of lokoja local government of kogi state, under n teach program, since I collected my device, the pre-installed resource materials are not loading, both the videos and the pdf, its giving error message, that the file cannot be opened. What should I do, to make these materials accessible for me? Thanks

Npower should have differentiate NTAX from other program right from onset, instead of advising them to vist Vaid. u mislead alot of people, because u even specified area of course whre one can applied, why are u now dirrectin them to vaid. u need to consider them.

Thanks for your response, but prior to the message sent here, I have send mail to that address, and I was told to go back to the centre where I collected my device, and that I can't do because it is far to my place of residence as it is not even in my local government of residence. Please what next step can I take?

I've been to IB north LGA which the list was checked and my name wasn't there,seems they conducting interview almost immediately and just don't understand again, I saw some handwritten names with phone numbers on some papers though I wasn't told to write my name since its not on printed list instead I was referred to National orientation Agency office( NOA) at IB South LGA near MAPO hall to check another list which I met the absence of the one that is suppose to be in charge at about 1pm though some people around ask me to come on Monday which I did heed.abeg o,@npowerng I need this nbuild cos i received acknowledgement via when I registered online.

i dont really get this ur publication, I thought this Npower job was suppose be for all graduates to apply for which ever category is their choice, but its now looking as if Npower has marginalised to volunteers that graduated from tax n related courses. I really stand to be corrected cause there is nowhere on the Npower website that stipulated such.

prior to the message sent here, I have contacted device support, I was told to go back to the centre where I collected it, but unfortunately I can't go back there as it is too far to my local government and no safety in the area

Well-done admin. I've collected my device, thanks to our amiable president and his vice,God keep sustaining them. But ever since I collected my device, there's no data on the line I was given, and I've contacted MTN for resolution, I was told the line wasn't subscribed for data, that data wasn't activated on the line, and since then the issue has not been resolved yet, and I don't know what else to do or where else to go because MTN that suppose to resolve it are not helping.
