I absolutely love what Tinubu and ECOWAS is doing. Even if the president is corrupt, handle it within the boundaries of democracy not outside it.

Africans deserve progress and democracy, we have suffered too much.

If you're in Nigeria, and you operate a business that the employees can rip you off and steal from, you'll make massive losses. There's no escaping that.

Employees in Nigeria will steal from you. That's a fact! It's funny when people say this won't always happen. It's because they don't own a business here.

If you're operating a farm and you're not monitoring it every single day, sorry is your case. For example employees literally break eggs into bottles to smuggle out of the farm. Now, of what use will these broken eggs be to them financially? There's just that terrible mentality that we have in this country. Some of the thefts won't even make sense to you.

Someone like you comes off as a straightforward, simple person. It's people like you I pity the most when it comes to getting into certain businesses.

I said not all employees are out to cheat you.

I have worked at several places and I will say it again not all employees are out to cheat you. This "they will cheat me attitude" is what has kept alot of people from starting their own business. The people that own businesses in this country, did they do something mysterious to prevent cheating?

I have worked in a company where you can take 50k every other day and nobody will easily notice, guess what? nobody cheated.

If you have a good system in place and treat your employees well, there is a kind of intense loyalty to you that that will foster that even if there is a cheat in their midst, he or she will not be able to do anything.

I have worked where employees were treated well and where they felt like low paid slaves and the level of cheating and loyalty was like night and day.

Now I am not saying that there are no animals in human form that will steal no matter what but not everyone is out to cheat you.

As for the profit thing, alot of people don't know that it takes time.

While I understand you, I don't agree totally.

I know people that started businesses, did well and expanded their businesses. It depends on the business, the area and the employees. Not all employees are out to cheat you.

I think alot of the problems start with you wanting instant gain. It does not work like that. Businesses can take up to a few years to pick up and start making profits. I have seen this one happen.

Yes, it is harder to start and maintain a business here but that's what makes it very profitable when that business picks up.
