frinx:Check this thread https://www.nairaland.com/2123375/3-months-htc-one-m7 Below are few pictures I took with the M7 because I don't use it that much, I use it as a secondary phone
|
frinx:That's the problem with you Guys, you judge based on the false information you read from blogs instead of judging with real facts.... You can check my threads, I placed the phone on sale here on Nairaland when it was 3 months old... According to your blog, the first unit has defective on the camera lens that cause it to produce tint purple color on every picture but there is no such thing on mine.
|
mrfoxx:Ask your question here so that others can learn from it too |
mrfoxx:Among the HTC One series.... M7 is the most beautifully designed and am a proud owner of the Dual SIM.... But it heats up easily when on 3G. Some say is because of it's metallic body. Battery life, I don't like complaining about that. But overall the phone is good but I suggest you try Sony Z3 if you have the cash |
frinx:You don't know how to snap picture... |
There is nothing like fake INFINIX / TECNO buy any model of your choice |
Tag your Music correctly with any good MP3 ID3 tag editor so that you can upload it to TTPod server and users will download it automatically via TTPod app |
keyman0007:Note bro, it's not a thing of competition that you must buy her something very very expensive or buy her something equal to the one she bought for you. No is not like that. 2. Don't try to impress her too much by buying her something that will make her "WOW, OMG" because that which you think will wow her may not even move her and that's woman for you. Let's take it this way, you went there with Samsung Galaxy S6 and another person came to the same birthday with a car key. The less is a story which am sure you know. Just be yourself, buy her something very good whether small or big, her ability to accept it with good faith makes her the woman you want. My mom use to say, if you want to buy something for someone, buy something that you like so that if the person rejects it, then you use it so that your money will not be a waste. Buying her cake is out of it cos she is a woman and can take care of that department very well except if you bake the cake yourself. So I suggest you buy her a very good wrist watch and reckless. Or a phone like you suggested, it must not be S5 (am sure there are good phones within that price range). After the party if she's organizing one, take her out to a very natural place where both of you will appreciate the wonders of Nature, have a chat with her take her back to her house and present the gift. That's all After all what's the big deal that someone adds 1 to his/her age and subtract 1 from his/her life span ........... My opinion though |
keyman0007:I love your courage brother, that shows you're a real man. You don't have to sleep with a gurl, kiss nor touch her before you can buy her something or spend on her. If you kiss, touch and sleep with her and spend millions on her and letter things didn't work out well between the both of you, will those money come back ?capital NO And that is why you shouldn't make as criteria before spending on a woman... The way little boys are painting us this day's as if we're Devils that gives with left hand and collects it back with right hand "we te isi bia were isi" is not fair at all. Please Bro. don't heed to those that are advising you not to spend on her because you've not kiss, touch or sleep with her. If you have the money which I believe you have go on nd buy her something very very good. |
Thowbie7:And what's exactly your point? |
liusimbs:Nice one at least coming from a gurl.... It reminds me of my Indian GF that's a ROM porter.... I like Girls that are computer inclined |
silverspringle:Hey girl... I made some modification you can still go check it out? |
silverspringle:You welcome... If you have any issues regarding iOS feel free to ask |
NwabuezeWini:Which of your bb does any of those? |
hebenezher:Indeed the world is sick these days.... So it has gotten to the extent of you peeping on your parents door and come to NL to narrate the story? And you want people to jumping up nd start clapping for you? Shame on YOU! |
ikbnice:You can go back and check I've posted it |
fromnigeria:I just pin pointed some of the additional features that iPhone has that makes it cost more than your LUMINA and BlackBerry because it still does what your LUMINA and BlackBerry can do.... At least you buy lumia and BlackBerry that doesn't do the above 90k+ so when you minuses the amount you buy your lumia and BlackBerry from the price of iPhone, you got the extra cash you spent on the additional features that where not present in BlackBerry and LUMINA.... Very simple mathematics |
davthom:Well bro Google Drive doesn't back up HTC Note..... I just purposely asked you. Before now there is no Online backup for Note and that is why HTC introduced "EVERNOTE" Sync in Android 5 to help you back up your Note |
davthom:Are you using HTC One and still on Android 4.4.2 so you can show me |
abiambo:I don't understand |
For far not too long, I read about the proposed NL "tech person" who says he wants to ditch his Android for a Windows Phone and it got me laughing out loud. But what can I say, Android is too big for the tech guy to explore and he wants something very small that he can explore within some space of a seconds and Windows Phone OS is not a bad idea to begin with. But if I were you, I will take BlackBerry OS first before going for Windows for better understanding.... Believe it or not, it's your choice Android is the future. iOS is the present. Windows Phone OS and BlackBerry are history or you can call it a plague Android and iOS do not require and introduction! Today Android and iOS are the only two key players of Smartphone market with a huge global market share. At One side iOS made a history with its awesome products like iPhone & iPad and dominating the high range Smartphone sector for a long time. On the other hand Android has became the most popular Smartphone platform and a first choice for low and mid range customers. Have you ever imagined an Apple hardware phone with Android OS? Well it might be happen, Apple’s Co-founder Steve Wozniak showing possibilities of this deadly combination at the Apps World conference in San Francisco. According to him it might be possible that Apple have to think on this direction because of Android’s popularity in the world. On the other side Apple also accept this fact that repeating the history of iPhone and iPad success again and again with every product release in not possible. In this situation when Apple’s products are not performing well in the world’s Smartphone market its better to launch an Android based Apple Smartphone. He added, launching a killer product every time is not possible and that is why we are thinking on this direction. Moving forward onhis speech he added that, it’s better to take right decisions on the right time before it too late as already happened with Blackberry. Pointing to the Blackberry, He thinks it could be possible to save Blackberry by launching their products with Android OS But its too late Now ![]() By remembering the last decade of Apple’s success he said, we have created the history with a series of innovative products like iPhone and iPad. Now this time if we can’t create a new category of products than we have to take some tough decisions and offering an Android based phone is one of them. Steve said that it would be pretty awesome to see Apple’s Android based Smartphone and Apple would call it “aPhone”. Imagine that device that will run on Android OS with standard iPhone hardware quality. Users can use the first party Google apps like Gmail, Chrome and Play with access of millions of the Android apps. An Android device that will nicely work with iOSecosystem and will give access to use services like Apple TV, AirPlay and AirDrop. Today most of the mobile phone makers are launching their smartphone based on Android OS. Steve thinks Google will not have any problem that we are joining their party for makingsmartphones. |
A lot bro..... At least better than BlackBerry OS and Windows Phone OS combined.... Initially when I said iPhone users does a lot of things with their iPhone more than Windows Phone OS and BlackBerry Os combined, people started quoting me and asking me to mention ‘em. But I was afraid to list them because am scared that if I tell them, they may be tempted to go and sell their fathers land in the village to buy an iPhone just like the Chinese kid last year with his kidney. And I know my Nigerians very well, we love our lives and we are not willing to tread it with anything so nobody will be willing to sell his/her kidney like the Chinese kid but our fathers land in the village will not be spared. …… That’s a joke please, don’t take it too personal….. 1. iPhone has a built in Dictionary that automatically integrate into every App you install on your iPhone, making it easy for you to find meaning of words right on the App you’re using (just by taping and holding the word and click on “Define” on the list of options that appear…) without leaving the App. Even works on the word you type yourself for example you're writing a message (WhatsApp message /Normal SMS) or Taking a Note or commenting on a post in Nairaland, Facebook etc with any App of your choice, just tap and hold the "word" that you want to "Define" nd click "Define" on options that appears. 2. iPhone has Text to Speech engine that integrate into every App you install on your iPhone, enabling your iPhone to read every Text file on the screen while you do the listening. (It works across all your Apps including third-party Apps like Chrome, Opera mini, MS word etc. You can as well just select a particular word you don’t know how to pronounce (either on your browser, Opera Mini for instance or any other App you install on your iPhone) and your iPhone will pronounce it for you. I use this feature to read long Nairaland articles Even works on the word you type yourself for example you're writing a message (WhatsApp message /Normal SMS) or Taking a Note or commenting on a post in Nairaland, Facebook etc with any App of your choice, just tap and hold the "word" that you want to "pronounce" nd click "speak" on the options that appears. You can as well select the whole text and click speak on the options that appear and your iPhone will read the entire Text for you while you do the listing... .........For those who are interested........ Android also has this Text to Speech engine feature but it's kind of limited to some Apps like Moon+Reader for PDF and EPUB books and Polaris Office 5 upwards for Word document and text...... 3. Have you ever played a Music with your phone while you’re feeling sleepy and you wish your phone could stop playing the music when you doss off? Well iPhone does it even when you’re using a third-party Music Player like TTPod or Musixmatch etc. 4. A lot of people like to take Selfie, but using your hand to hold your phone and control the camera at the same time, is kind of look awkward but with your iPhone Original headset, you can place your iPhone on a table or anything at all and comfortably control the Camera of your iPhone just with the volume locker on your headset. 5. A lot of people like to “Take Note” of things that matter to them…. For me I’ve lost countless of my Notes, since 2008 that I started using Smartphone even with my HTC One Dual SIM I lost my note after I updated to Android 5 (Until I discovered MIUI ROM the best Android ROM on the planet: MIUI also back up SMS, Contact, Call log, Recorder, Music Play List etc. for those interested) iPhone Note App backs up your Notes automatically to Gmail or iCloud. You can also insert picture to your iPhone Note, also when you copy an article on the internet to your Note, it also copy both the picture in the article. 7. For Engineers, iPhone comes with a digital Compass and when you swipe it from right to left you got yourself a digital plumb line 8. iPhone remains the only mobile phone that plays the award winning Chair Entertainment Game “Infinity Blade I, II & III” 9. Plus what you think a Lumia phone and BlackBerry can do combined togher. 10. Ladies and gentlemen, permit me to stop here for some people has already started thinking of the worth of their father’s land in the village so they can sell it and buy an iPhone. And I wouldn’t want to be held responsible for being the person that talked them into selling their fathers precious land. |
martineverest:Wow.... You did all that with your Nokia torchlight? That's Amazing. Which of the Nokia torchlight? Please which of the Nokia torchlight let me go nd get it, is it 1100, 1200 |
martineverest:Says who... didn't you read the news of a CNN reporter using Surface Pro 3 as a stand for iPad? |
angels09:How many calls do you make per day? That makes you think it has a long battery life? |
Harmored: |
sotimonpe:If you got a PC, you can fix it |
coolhumble:Well that is where the guy should really worry about.... Because the girl surely have a skeleton in her cupboard that she locks up and doesn't want anybody to see |
Kakayaraznits:Bro is there any other special reason to save numbers apart from retrieving it to call the person that owns that number? If someone can remember all the contacts that are of important to him/her and can call them without writing their numbers down somewhere, what's the point of writing 'em down? Like seriously I didn't save the number of my father and my dearest uncle because their numbers are so simple to memorize.... Whenever they call I know it's them and whenever I want, I call them... My opinion though |
lekjons:Yeah Weird..... If it's on a Tablet, it would have been better...... Max for a phone should be 128 GB my opinion though |
Jboynokiaphone:if it's to be on a Samsung Note Tablet, it will make a lot of sense .... |
