On Friday, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado placed a 12-year old girl at the Boulder Juvenile Center after being charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder. After a two week investigation, the cops believe that the pre-teen had twice tried to poison her mom because she had taken her daughter's iPhone away from her. The first attempt involved adding bleach into a smoothie that the mother started drinking. Luckily, the mother noticed the bleach smell which she figured came from poor rinsing of the glass by her daughter. When the mother once again noticed a bleach smell, this time wafting out from a water carafe, the jig was up.

Following the second poisoning attempt, the mother approached the daughter who admitted that she was trying to kill her because she had taken away her iPhone. While the mother did feel sick after the first attempt with the smoothie, the feeling eventually passed. She didn't drink any of the poisoned water that was offered to her during the second murder attempt.

Boulder resident Luciana Cordova, who is not involved in this case, has taken her teenagers' phones away as a punishment. "I have two teenagers that, I think as most teenagers this age, are kind of addicted to their phones," Cordova told a local news team. "I have done it on occasion and luckily they have reacted well about it."

Does network capability/signal matter a lot?

To fully utilize the features and functions in it,does it ALWAYS require internet connection?

The battery strength? ( 5s owners are more needed here)

Read and heard about its limitations such as Bluetooth pairing with non-Apple devices. Does it allow for a Bluetooth pairing with say, HTC_ONE_M8?

What about WIFI, HOTSPOT? Tethers with a non-mac computer, Android devices?

The OS, how user friendly? Are most of the apps PAID FOR/BOUGHT? I know it has less free apps compared to Android, but will everything be buy buy buy. For instance a basic app like Whatsapp was at a point under the paid app category.

I currently use the HTC ONE M8, not leaving Android in the near future, but would love to use the Iphone 'cos of




* The design. One of the most beautiful phones I have ever seen. A reason I got the HTC.

* The exclusivity of it, rarely seen. It is a statement . Just like the HTC too.

* To enjoy and have a feel of the IOS. and many more.


Ironically, I was one of Apple biggest haters , criticised the price, prison-like limitations, warranty status { Slot is not helping matters}. And which network is more suitable for it? LTE things.

and currently using iPhone 5s on iOS 8.2, HTC One M7 Dual SIM and GiONEE M2
1. Just like every other smartphone iPhone only require Internet connections for apps that require Internet access (to me data is never a problem, I share my GiONEE M2 network across every of my gadget)
2. iPhone 5s battery is not that good == I charge it every day some times twice a day though I always ON my WIFI 24 hours and it's my main phone I use for social network and receive calls
3. If you Sync your iPhone with a different computer with different Apple ID (via iTune) and try to Re-Sync it with another different computer with different Apple ID all your Apps and Music from the previous Sync will be deleted automatically (to prevent this, you have to use a third party Software like iFunBox to transfer Apps and Musics and other documents or media content) Note: No Jail Break required
4. You can't use Apps downloaded with a different Apple ID on your iPhone like you do with Android (i.e sharing of apps) though there is a Chinese Software that will let you use it. Note: No Jail Break required
5. With iOS 8 you can use Xender for iOS to transfer Pictures/Music and any other media files across any device that support Xender share e.g Android phones
6. iPhone 5s really take a great photo and it's the best iPhone ever designed (Jony Ive really did a great work)
7. Every app you install automatically integrate into the OS e.g If you tap and hold a word in opera mini, you either define the word with the inbuilt dictionary or pronounce/speak the word and can even speak the entire text.....
8. About iOS being user friendly, almost all Chinese Android ROM like MIUI, Lewa, EMUI and others are like iOS and have some better features than iOS

If your Gionee M2 is the 4GB Rom version like you said, go to the link and click on "Download" it will take you to a page where you will choose the Android version of your choice either "M2-4G-JB-0101-T5163.html" for Jelly Been or "M2-4G-KK-0101-T8090.html" For KitKat

If you have enough data you can download the 2 files and keep it for yourself.....
on the parent link before you click the "Download" link, you see instruction on how to flash it..... go back to the link I posted earlier and read every thing.... I would have post the direct link to the instruction here but I want you to go back and see it yourself so that you don't ask unnecessary questions next time.

Talking about Samsung, Samsung is a reputable company and they can't deceive their customers with fake polished image/picture of their device.... I use iPhone 5s, HTC One M7 and my friend uses Galaxy Note 4. believe me bro their original pictures you see on the Internet is what you get as the device itself.... Even sometimes the device itself is better than the picture you see on the Internet e.g iPhone 5s space gray

And if Innjoo One doesn't look like a big iPhone 4, then the company is a failure because that's what the picture of Innjoo One on the Internet portray

Before you root with iRoot via PC
1. Is your PC connected to the Internet?
2. Did iRoot recognize your GiONEE M3 before you try to Root
...... I've rooted 3 different GiONEE M3 with iRoot without stress at all

If you can't root your device with iRoot successfully, then there must be something you're not doing correctly... Try the above nd reply

Maybe you've not been watching or reading reviews buy other Tech sites like Phonearena.com or Android authority... Go to YouTube and watch comparison of flagship phones or Tablets between different brand and see yourself.... They will point out the pros and cons of the device based on their opinion
