How i wish Android os it's as i optimized as ios. most phonrs would be future proof. We wont be needing 12 core processors clocked at 5ghz with 10GB of RAM.

I got the Gionee m5 few days ago and so far this device has been amazing. It comes with 13pm near camera and 5mp front camera it comes with a special feature (Sensor) used in operating gadgets like the AC Speaker's Premium TVs e.t.c. it is 5.5 inches in Size and have Notification led light.

The display is Fully AMOLED .it Runs on Android Lollipop and the CPU is quad and processor speed is 1.3ghz (64bit) which makes it lagless .

The talking point of this device is the battery backup which feature's a 6020mah backup capacity and of course it has FAST CHARGE CAPABILITY (IT took me just 2hrs:20 minutes to get the device fully charged from 0% to 100%) and it took the device 12hrs to melt down from 100% to 7% on FULLY HEAVY USAGE MODE I.e brightness at 25% on H+ connected with VPN downloading ,screen on and full pressing for straight 12hrs and Music played in most interval's. Another talking point in this amazing device is the sound quality. The sound quality is great and it is very loud .On the Go USB is fully working and it has 4g/LTE on both the Sim 1 and the Sim 2 slot's..

When the goodwill of Tecno reaches a stage, then the resale value will be high.

Like I said earlier, the price is not the cheapest among the phone in its category.

No, I don't think so. Tecno operates in Nigeria, it pays tax to the Nigerian government, it has a large number of staff, it pays their salary, it also does adverts e.t.c These are things that add to the running cost of the coy. If Samsung were to produce this device as it is, they would probably slap a price tag of between #90k-#100k because they have larger commitments.

Check out the recently released HTC Desire 728 with this same chipset, same screen size, HD screen (not full HD o), no fingerprint scanner, 2800mah battery, 13mp back cam and 5mp, and is sold for about #60k in China.

By the way, when you add shipping fee and retailer cost to the Doogee, it'll be close to 40k here in Nigeria.

Tecno phantom 5 doesn't have the best price when compared to other phones in the same category, but they certainly have a lot of commitments.

Most people seem to be satisfied with the IMEI-VC method @ http://gc.tecno-mobile.com/ . Its even more surprising to see many popular Nigerian Tech. blogs chorus this same inadequate approach without scrutiny. The IMEI-VC test is inaccurate because all that's required to pass this test is to change the sticker behind the phone and write some info. to the phone.
We decided to carry out a research by comparing fake/cloned Tecno phones to original phones (side by side) and it was only a matter of time before we encountered a fake Tecno M3 that passed the IMEI-VC test flawlessly (just as we expected would happen soon).
I'll be discussing some of our findings in this thread to help you better differentiate an original from a fake Tecno phone.
