Won't be surprised to see Rukky win, she's never been in probation meaning she's one of those highest number of votes.

damilola231: Today's show was so funny, I laughed my ass off wen emeka's mum said "emeka, na u bring me come television" and she started dancing. I pitied emeka tho. I noticed daniella wasn't feeling comfortable, won't be comfortable in that situation too. Debby cldn't contain her joy wen she saw her uncle or maybe dad nd christian was so happy too. Dunno why some pple on fbuk found fault in his bro. For those that missed it, u can watch d same academy day show tommorow on Vox tv channel 191 by 12:15pm
It was Debbie's uncle- Rukky's dad.
I think the guy was Christian's friend, the comment was about his winter jacket.
TV/Movies › Re: Mtn Project Fame Season 7.0 Official Thread by ntyce(m): 11:18pm On Sep 19, 2014
Emeka wasn't really complaining about his school fees. he told his mum that he may not likely go back to Abia State Univ. - he just got admitted and yet to pay both admission and tuition fee.
He said PF platform as exposed him and will reconsider going back to the school. Seems he is choosing career over education.
I will prefer him enrolling in a school in Lagos. Chidinma was in a similar situation, she ditched her admission at LASU for a diploma course at NIJ.

Dear Daniella, was uncomfortable listening to her dad talk about the 60k he used to vote. She was even telling her dad that his time was up.

brownlords: It's either you've been blind or deaf,

So you mean emir and and sultan don't involve in politics?
Pls give an instance where the Sultan has shown to be political.
A smart religious leader will learn to stay away from politics. It's dirty, very very dirty.
Oritsejafor has been stained by the dirty waters.
I am sure it will be in the constitution of CAN that the society be apolitical.

If he has interest, he should resign and play along.
I await him disclosing his PDP party id card.
Politics › Re: Oritsejafor And Company: Tainted And Jittery - Nasir El-rufai by ntyce(m): 7:39am On Sep 18, 2014
APContherun: I'm a Catholic but loves Ayo Oritsejafor's approach to national issues. People must remember that apart from being a body of Christians CAN is also a socio political organisation the way National Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs NSCIA is and tbe president of CAN must be seen to be playing that role.
While not defending his involvement in the arms deal (that's if he truly is involved) Christians must support him as the voice of the Christians in Nigeria, The days of Onaiyekan and the Sunday Mbang are gone, CAN must be active, vibrant and if possible be aggressive for that is the only thing one friends from the other side understand.
How can CAN be a socio-political organisation?
You mean it represents political, social and ethnic interests?
An organisation that is meant to comprise of all xtains in the country irrespective of their political and social class.
My bro, CAN should be a religious body, Oritsejafor took CAN to the murky political waters and other CAN members must bring CAN out.

He let his closeness to GEJ overshadow his statutory function.

dominique: You head dey dia. Keep voting for the legend in the making guys. We can do it!!!
what a fan you are, wish I could do as much as well.
However, I have some issues with Christian, I see him as the most desperate contestant. I checked his background history as read that he had attended several auditions before.
He pretends as well, always trying to make people sympathetic to his cause.

He is a good artist though.
Business › Re: Why Linda Ikeji Makes More Money Than Nairaland by ntyce(m): 2:21pm On Sep 17, 2014
No comparison, linda operates a blog and Nairaland is a forum.
Linda has total control on posts on her blog, anyone can create a topic on nairaland.

Seun thinks of himself as a geek but I think he's more of a nerd.

He knows what to do to make more money through ads but he seems content with the current status.

I think Seun should commercialise nairaland, hire very good mods and pay them well. Topics should be moderated before being exposed.

Also, the hired mods should source for news, linda is quite good with breaking news, nairaland should ensure that it's always the first source of info.

lyntiffany: your the one who is damn myopic, and shekau a core Muslim who fights for Allah the tool of infidels ? You are simply a senseless BABOON.
You call Shekau a core muslim, no wonder literacy level is dropping.
Where were you when every right thinking Islamic leader denounced himand his followers.
I guess Josef Kony of LRA is a core xtian too.

lyntiffany: Don't know how some people analyse things is it possible for Infidels to sponsor bokoharam? So ihejirika and oritse jafor(infidels) can convince shekau to kill his own people including some Muslims? If possible then shekau' head is cemented by cow DUNG / the so called NElders.Whoever that is scheming all these plans should know that it dosen't add up at all.
are you just realising that Shekau's head is cemented with cow DUNG?
If not he wouldn't be so atrocious.
Anyone can sponsor anyone if the price is right.

I am not saying Ihejirika and or Oritsejafor ate sponsoring BH but recent evidence coming out shows some the depth of conspiracy from some govt officials and southerners can't be ruled out.

Do you know how much is being diverted to the defence ministry in the name of fighting terror. Since 2010, over 500 billion has been spent to fight Boko Haram. Some top govt officials are v definitely happy with more money being spent against BH, the more being spent, more kickbacks to their pocket.

why would a country want to buy arms
covertly?
I suspect the arms are meant to be delivered
to BH.
Why didn't the govt go thru the normal
channel and pay for the arms thru
appropriate means if truly it has nothing to
hide.
I guess this was the reason GEJ bought the
plane for Pastor B.B. Oritsejafor - to launder
money and import arms.
Am sure this isn't the first time.
God will keep exposing them.

jasmine21: If they've both discussed it then that's fine.

I
agree with you that d best candidate may not win because to begin with, not putting d right pple on probation has allowed someone like Debby & Ugo to remain till now
2. Its usually final 6 not final 8. 2 others should be sent home so that voters can concentrate their votes. 8 is too much #My Opinion.
3. Last 6 standing is supposed to be Rukky, Clement, Christian, Geoffrey, Emeka & Daniella
Abeg, remove Daniella from ur list and include any other person.
Remember its the voters that decide now not talent. Rukky will be the leading candidate cos she's not been in the lowest 4.

Who are you to hate another man cos of his religion?
How sure are you that that Muslim or Christian won't make heaven before you?
Nigerians are filled with so much hatred, so divided along ethnic and religious lines.
Judge people and not their religion.

Have we not seen people kill in the name of Xtianity?
Hitler killed Jews to eradicate them from Europe and make Europe purely for xtianity.
Did anyone attack him cos of his beliefs?

jasmine21: To me, I've been waiting for Shola's exit since d day he refused to vote for Debbie when she was on probation. That was painful to me. He voted that sluggish Lami instead. I wish Debbie knew Shola didn't vote her on that day. And Debbie always saves and helps Shola even all d while he was stuck on Lami

She isn't my favorite contestant but it looks like she's a true friend/girlfriend. I dislike Shola's sneaky behavior btwn Lami & Debbie. He lost my support ever since.
Debbie was aware that Sola didn't vote for her. They ve both talked over it and she said she has forgiven him.

With the way MTN structured this competition, the best candidate may not win, the most popular might.
It seems Ruky and Clement has the highest fan base, both haven't selected for elimination in over 5 wks.

Sola's eviction was the most painful. Even though he wasn't the best in the house, one could see that he gives his best at all times.
Big nose Ugo, Emeka and Clem voted him out cos they wanted to eliminate competition, they stand a better chance with Daniella in the house.
Debbie loves Sola, she profess to him on her twitter page.
I think Christian is playing a smart one, anytime he performs on elimination nite, he shows his emotional side- starts crying, begging judges and faculty.
Geoffrey was over confident that he would be saved by the faculty, but it was tough for the faculty arriving at Geoff, Ige and Ben wanted Sola saved, Mummy Silva and Kaffy wanted Geoff.
Daniella is the weakest now, she doesn't command much votes and only good with RnB songs.
Thank God faculty saved Geoff, cos those 3 guys (Ugo, Clem&emeka) would have sent him home thereby eliminating the best candidate.

Yesterday's show was highly emotional, members of audience were crying, even Ugo cried.
But it's a competition, I pray Sola makes it well in the industry.

Politics › Re: Desmond Elliot To Contest For Lagos House Of Assembly by ntyce(m): 3:12pm On Sep 12, 2014
Desmond obviously didn't play the cards well. He ought to have stuck with the more popular name.
However, my peeps who knew him from neighbourhood claim he grew up bearing SOLA only changed to DESMOND after graduating from LASU.
Obviously that decision has taken a negative toll on him.
His best bet was to have featured in few Yoruba movies and make people aware of his Yoruba background.
Not everyone will understand his position and I can bet that local politicians will capitalise on this.
The guy no fit win, even primary election, unless he is ready to spend huge.
Politics › Re: Desmond Elliot To Contest For Lagos House Of Assembly by ntyce(m): 7:43am On Sep 12, 2014
I have known him to be Yoruba for a while. However this is politics, I dont know the area he will be representing. is it is residential area or his dads area?
how has he contributed to those areas?

I doubt if he emerges from ward congress not to talk of primaries.

OLADD:

My guy, you are really brilliant and reasonable. Modu Sheriff was not in the President's entourage. He had been in Chad as a businessman and he only went to pay a welcome visit to his home president. The special assistant to Sherriff has issued a press statement to that effect. It's obvious that some people have been brainwashed by Lai Mohammed and his alarmist party, the APC.
So the picture showing him seated with Jona too lied abi??
Where was the Nigerian Ambassador to Chad? wasn't he supposed to occupy that seat?
Even if it was coincidental, reasoning suggests that a man under investigation shouldn't be seen smiling with the C in C and also attending a security meeting (where he's a key factor).

he probably was in Chad to do his usual business - buying harms and recruiting soldiers for BH.
Politics › Re: I Didn't Travel To Chad With Sheriff, Says Jonathan by ntyce(m): 7:37pm On Sep 11, 2014
