Systeme101: if you where the governor what would you do in ur tenure? Was rome built in a year? Its only a fool that can say the governor has nt tried...i dnt care how much he stold, the state is advancing.
How is the state advancing?
How many Akwa Ibomite are out of poverty?
The per capital index of Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa states alone is higher than ALL sub-saharan countries except those of South Africa and Botswana.
This same Niger Delta regions receive allocation from NDDC and Ministry of Niger Delta.
Imagine money flowing from 3 different streams yet what can they boast of?
You see their able bodied men leaving for Lagos, searching for greener pastures.
Politics › Re: Akwa Ibom Community Protests 10 Years Of Darkness by ntyce(m): 4:22pm On Aug 19, 2014
States with allocation received for the year 2013:

Akwa Ibom N260 billion with 5 million people
Rivers N230 billion with 7.5 million people
Delta N209 billion with 6 million people
Bayelsa N173 billion with 2.2 million people
Lagos N168 billion with 15 million people
Kano N140 billion with 12 million people

Akwa ibom and Rivers State combined receive more than Liberia, Benin and Gambia put together. Yet these elected thieves insult our senses by celebrating mediocre achievement like bridges, stadium, monorail.
These Governors should be tied to stakes and flogged to death.
Pets › Re: Raw Feeding Ideas For Nigerian Dog Owners by ntyce(m): 12:50pm On Aug 18, 2014
hello Guys,
is it advisable to feed dogs on chickens. I run a poultry farm and I have been having some moralities in recent weeks with the carcass being thrown away.
I just felt it will be a good idea raising dogs and feeding them with the dead birds.
To what extent should the processing go?
should it be fed raw or cooked?
should the offals be removed or the whole chicken fed to the dogs?

I would appreciate your response.

Thanks

Why not mind your own leaders?

donnypool: Am not saying GEJ is perfect, but if buhari, Atiku and co is all we have to contest with GEJ, i will surely vote GEJ. Buhari has ruled before and Nigeria wasn't better during his tenure so i don't see reasons why reasonable Nigerians should vote them into power. I only support whoever is mature enough to lead this country. It doesn't matter whether APC or PDP, i don't hate APC, but i hate Buhari, Atiku and other past leader that has ruled before. Nigerians need New modern ideas not the civil war kind of ideas.
Bro, you are not in the best position to say if Nigeria was better 32 years ago or not - ask your parents.
from all indications, it was better. Eventhough we never had this kind of wealth then.

deols: I hate to be tribal. But I have noticed that the Igbos of Nairaland display a rare form of low self esteem.

Bhet Whyhuh?
That is the problem of igbos on nairaland, they feel they are being persecuted by imaginary tribes.
Who's after them?

The igbos are their own number 1 enemy.
they claim to love Ojukwu but refused to vote for him as president. The poor man didnt even win his state.
Yet they want to rule/dominate
Culture › Re: Answers To Common Questions About Igbo People by ntyce(m): 8:31am On Jul 29, 2014
gratiaeo: Dominate u and urchins u are breeding
That is the problem with your class, the igbos I know dont behave as such.
it's only on cyberspace that people like you rant as such.
have you seen an Hausa man open a thread to insult other tribes/nationalities?
even when it seem they have been the dominant force in government.
Just like the proverbial bird that just hatched two chicks and goes about bragging that it has populated its domain.

Let your achievements speak for you, not the other way round.
Culture › Re: Answers To Common Questions About Igbo People by ntyce(m): 7:42am On Jul 29, 2014
If you are great, then you are.
You dont need to publicise urselves.
Can't imagine a Yoruba or am Hausa man opening such threads.
this is simply a case of low self esteem.
This is one of the reasons the Ibo man may never rule a united Nigeria.
imagine someone posting a comment that they are born to dominate, dominate who and what?
Even if you have auch agenda, you keep them to urself.
Posts like this won't find you friends.

I must say that I am really impressed.
Amosun is building something similar in Abeokuta, 250 units.

But Fashola should be Governor-General of Nigeria.

Other Governors need to learn from him.
