First of all, the court did not say he remains Speaker until December. The court merely ruled that the status quo be maintained. Question is: what is the status quo? For Tambuwal and his lawyers, status quo is that he remains Speaker. On the question of whether his removal was right or wrong - that is what Tambuwal's lawyers will have to argue in court from mid November.
