Job Summary:

To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of operations at the station, through effective utilization of human and material resources, and ensuring that staff at the station adhere to the rules/ regulations/ policies that govern conducts in Rainoil.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Monitors and evaluates station operational and marketing results and develops interventions to promote business development and growth.
2. Evaluation of daily sales, meter reading, dipping and lodgements.
3. Compiles and analyses periodic sales records and consolidates such reports to the Head, Retail Sales.
4. Maintains excellent standards in all retail activity, driving sales and profitability through the effective deployment and development of station supervisors and cashiers in line with approved budgets.
5. Coordinates both the sales of white products, the lubricants at the stations and liaising with the marketing team to ensure patronage is high in line with budgets and projections.
6. Implements HSE Standards and controls in the retail stations.

1. Minimum of Second-Class Upper University Degree (B.sc) and HND Upper Credit in respective areas of study as indicated.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience on the role.
3. Honesty, commitment, hardworking and self-motivation.

I've been hearing frequent tales on this issue between siblings and its been making me wonder how it all starts.
I love my siblings to pieces and I'm sure they feel the same way towards me so I can't really imagine why anyone would hate theirs so much they do neither see nor talk.

Kind of feel between them.

####when you're from an abusive home, you tend not to want to get along with anyone, you just wanna be alone.


#####children from single parents, especially with a single dad or single mum who is physically and emotionally abusive of her children. The children just grow and tend to not want to have anything to do with their family members. The want to just be on their own away from any memory or reminder of it


Not every sibling issue is about envy or money. A lot stems from foundational experiences.

From experience I advice you, Please listen to this. That young man's self esteem has been destroyed and believe me you don't want to waste any more time doing nothing about it, and he's your eldest child.

Possible Solutions:
You must try to reach him emotionally, connect with him no matter how hard it may seem. You the mother have a very important role to play here. Get him to open up and start talking. If he keeps bottling up his anger, he is gonna blow up one day. I do not wish you this.

His father owes him an apology for getting thugs to brutalize him. You must convince your husband to take this first step to aid his healing. His father should be his protector, not his tormentor.

You may also need to seek professional help to aid his healing. Show him more love.
