you can as well send a mail to security@aliexpress.com (just in case) containing your valid IDcard, the picture of your gtb card(you can blur some numbers) but ensure the name, bank name, bank logo and last four digits is clear. and then a PDF format of your recent bank statements.
do this for the access card too

send in one mail o.. I.e valid ID, gtb card, gtb bank statement, access card, access Bank statements.
the subject should be; verification for my order on aliexpress.

or you can just open another account jere

PS; I saw from your last screenshot that you were trying to buy $100 ALIPOCKET coupon at once, I don't know maybe you should try again this time buy lesser denominations.

You keep quoting the wrong people,now dis is d solution,from that page you are,dont fill all dos stuffs,just click other payments method,den scroll down to confirm and pay,it wud take u to anoda page wia u need to fill ur card details,den pay tru d page,walahi of u nor entet appeal withing 1 mins i wud dash u my incoming mi note 2

you know what, have you tried paying via the app?
try to pay using the app and tell us the error message.
you don't even have any order list sef.. try to pay via the app.
or better still when you try to pay via the website again and its say 'unsuccessful payment due security reason blah blah' whatever, there should be a part where you will be asked to appeal at the concluding part of the message..just click on it.

go and appeal. the screenshot you sent earlier was for alipay verification and not to appeal.
go to aliexpress on your computer or chrome on phone(desktop version) or just type us.ae.aliexpress.com on your phone's browser.
go to your orders, and check if you have an appeal waiting.
if so(which I believe), click on it and submit the necessary documents.. it's gets verified within 3-5 working days.
this should solve the issue.

ps; the error message you got is telling you to appeal if you read the message fully, there's a part where it says you should appeal.

please appeal with your cards and you are good to go. forget all those clueless CCRs.

I think something else must be wrong because, I funded my AliExpress pocket last night with GTB MasterCard and I ordered Xiaomi mi 5 with it.
Try funding your Ali pocket, instead of using your your card directly

Nothing to confirm,those cc agents are nothing but clueless,dey once told me dey dont accept master card debit gtb,i told dem ok,it was befor i knew anytin bout appeal,infact dey told me to forgo my 40dollars and open anoda new account,untill i met one cc guy mac who explained how the appeal process works,so bro u need to do alipay verification and den do appeal,thats all

it is only available for the sim you set as default for browsing. but on 8.1.1.0, both sims are set to 3G by default

I'm on 8.0.5.0 and I set mine to LTE preferred and my mtn signal is always on 4g 24/7 except when I'm making calls that it switches to H+ , compared to my previous phone that was hard getting 4g signal.

My experience is totally different from yours. What network are you using
