This is simply a display of unprofessionalism within the Staff of GTBANK . This isn't the first time GTBANK is toying with customers money. Something has to be done.

the problem with your story is that you said its your friends account and you are his advocate. 3rd party stories always have jara.
Secondly, You omitted a lot of facts. Who, when, where and how was the money paid into the account? Any evidence of the payment??
Thirdly, NL cannot resolve your problem GTBank is a tech savvy bank. Your friend can report this issue to the HO on there website or app if he has a genuine case and I'm sure this issue will be resolved in minutes.
