Thank you to this wonderful forum for changing my status. I came here to read comments, from there I tried my luck in some schools because of assurances I got here. With my 13 years old B.Sc certificate I got admission. Today I have my Visa waiting to take off. God did it for me through you guys. May God bless you all. I've dreamt of a day like this where like others I will post what you're about to read below.

The journey started in May last year but was truncated when I wasn't able to get an appointment with the consulate.

In December I got appointment date but admission letter was delayed and that also was lost.

April this year I applied to several schools and got early admission in June, and interview date for August 16th. I funded and the interview went alright... (by the way it's the lady on dread that interviewed).

After 4weeks and 1 day. My AM arrived. 7:13am... While in still on my bed. Lol.

All thanks goes to Jehovah for His undeserved kindness.

Bro, does Abuja Germany Embassy grant interview to prospect students? I though they only handle interview for business class?

I learnt they started it this session. Just for verifiable addresses in Abuja. Remember it is just for few students, so be ready to be screened thoroughly. I was the only one interviewed yesterday.

Good evening house, I started this journey on the 10th of May and had my interview today, I applied to 4 schools 3 through Uniassist, Siegen rejected me without telling me why, Uni Passau offered me Development Studies, I battled Abuja for 10 days before the gave me interview date. On Wednesday I got info from a friend that Abuja rejected him because of Degree certificate, I knew I will have that same problem, many here advised that I should make a move to Owerri for mine, I left Lagos to Owerri and got to Owerri on Thursday morning and my interview is on Friday in Abuja. Trust IMSU, my certificate is still not ready and they asked me to come after 3 months. God used the Registrar's secretary to save me, she issue me with attestation letter saying that my certificate is not ready and under process, that was what saved me today.
The so called Abuja queen showed me love today and the interview turned to friendly discussion and we spent about 2 hours having a friendly chat. She advised me to fund my account immediately.

I want to specially thank this forum and all the members who has shared wonderful feedback here that saved many. A special thanks to my friend Ansel who brought this issue of Abuja certificate saga, without him, it would have been a disaster.

Please house I want to find out if anyone has been denied interview because he/she has notification of Degree result and not Degree Certificate. Please urgent response will be appreciated. They refused to grant interview to a friend in Abuja this morning because he has only notification of result.

I went to WAEC office to buy scratch card for visa interview but they said they no longer sell the plastic card but a small paper which contains the PIN. Please how true is this ? And for those that have gone for the interview. Which type of WAEC card did you use ?

Please how much are they selling the scratch card at WAEC office, I have not been successful with Wema bank

they replied my normal application and ask me to prove that i live in the address i quoted by providing rental contract or electricity bill, water bill and gas bill. i gave them my rent receipt, tenant agreement, and electricity bill.

Finally God has answered my prayer. My interview has been scheduled for August 10th at Abuja after 10 days and several documents submitted.

During my application stage i specified it in bracket to be german grade. For you, dont bother yourself, they will be more interested in your transcript than what you filled in on the form. so relax

When asked for my final grade in my Masters application, I wrote my grade with the German grading system (which gave me 1.69) . Please I hope they won’t see it as I had a 1.69 in Nigerian grading. I also attached my transcript which states a 4.19 out of 5.
This has been disturbing me since. Am I good to go? Or can this affect my application?

Thanks my brother. my friends sister actually applied same week you did, submitted nepa bill, but they said its not sufficient. so we are working on getting the rental contract.

i scanned the electricity bill, rent receipt and tenancy agreement to them and they did not respond, i sent them a reminder based on the fact that that i have provided all that they asked for and they replied that they have received it and they will soon book me for interview. its over 2 days now and i have not heared from them.

I applied this morning also and they replied me after about 2 hours requesting for evidence that shows that i live in the said address in Abuja. I have sent them our Electricity bill and they have not responded yet.
