From my analysis it would take 15 billion dollars to build pipeline to transport oil from the north east basin to the ocean in calabar ...or at best ebonyi so you can then use the calabar river to move them

So you need at least 1 million barrels per day production for like 20 years to make such investment worth it

PREPAID DOLLAR CARD IS DIFFERENT FROM DOMICILIARY ACCOUNT CARD.
Let me explain as much as I can.
Domiciliary account is an account you open in a bank for foreign currencies and you can get an ATM card for it. When you get an ATM card for it, the funds in your Dom account can be accessed through the card when u want to make payments via card.
Now to PREPAID DOLLAR CARD, this is a stand alone card that is not linked to any bank account. For you to use it, You need to pay in physical Dollars over the counter at the bank. You can also ask someone who has a Dollar prepaid card to sell you funds, he can transfer from his card to yours ; I use UBA Prepaid Dollar card and this is the method i use to fund my card 99% of the times(see the screenshot attached).

Now to make the distinction very clear, lets assume you have a UBA dollar prepaid card and you also have a UBA dom account,
1. YOU CANNOT USE YOUR DOLLAR PREPAID CARD TO ACCESSS FUNDS IN YOUR DOM ACCOUNT!!!
2. YOU CANNOT TRANSFER MONEY FROM YOUR DOMICILARY ACCOUNT TO YOUR DOLLAR PREPAID CARD!!!
The 2 are completely different and are not linked in any way.

I have UBA, Zenith bank and Access domiciliary accounts, ATM cards linked to the Dom accounts and dollar Prepaid cards for each bank.
Of all, UBA is the easiest to get.
To open a dorm account or get a dollar prepaid card with UBA all u need are:
1. Means of identification: NIN, Voters card, Drivers Lincense or Intl Passport
2. Utility bill
3. A passport photograph
That is all!!!
And you must make a deposit of atleast $5 as initial deposit (just buy from a Mallam close to you).
They dont ask for referees or any of those long process.
However, I have one issue with their Dom account, YOU CANNOT TRANSFER FROM YOUR DOM ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER DOM ACCOUNT.
Access allows me to transfer from my Dom account to another Access Dom account ( I av not tried transfering to another bank's Dom account before).

I hope this ends the confusion, Domicilary account ATM is not the same as a PREPAID DOLLAR CARD! They can both be used for international purchases but they are not the same.

Walk into the bank tell them you need PREPAID DOLLAR CARD and not Domiciliary account

DOM ACCOUNT IS LIKE $50 Annual maintenance.

PREPAID DOLLAR CARD IS $10.
(Prepaid dollar card will automatically come with its own account number,that's the account number you will use to deposit money inside)

Former Director of Voter Education of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Oluwole Uzi-Osaze, has provided clarity on the issues of underage and ineligible voters in the recently released Provisional Register of Voters.

Mike Igini, the former Akwa Ibom State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), had accused some staff of the commission of registering underage voters.

Igini blamed the collapse of values in society for being responsible for underage registration, berating parents who allowed their underaged children to register as voters.

The PRV was released recently for citizens to look at, seek clarifications and make complaints to the commission where necessary.

Faces of alleged underage voters have been spotted in many states, especially in the North with Kano State said to have recorded over 2.72 million underage voters.

But speaking on Arise Television’s The Morning Show on Friday, Uzi-Osaze said the 2.72 was not for Kano alone but nationwide

He explained further: “It’s either the electoral Commissioner was misquoted or he got it wrong. Somebody got it wrong.

“The total number of ineligible voters as released by INEC is 2.72 million people not just in Kano State but nationwide.

“The total number of people who turn out for CVR in Kano was five hundred and sixty something thousand and less than a hundred thousand …were actually held to be ineligible.

“It was not 2.73m in Kanu that were held ineligible, that figure is quite wrong. They’re not fake registrants but ineligible.

“Ineligible in the sense that were not supposed to have gone for CVR. Possibly they have registered before and are now going for double registration and multiple registration either deliberately or inadvertently. Inadvertently in the sense that they were required to do transfer but rather than do a transfer some people just went and registered afresh.

“And INEC now found out that these people were previously on the register so they knocked them out. They removed them. And some others registered more than once in the same CVR exercise either they deliberately changed clothes or changed names and those ones were also discovered and left out .

“Those that did not pass what INRC call their business rule for example if they were currently underage, were removed but having said that there are others who were not cut. The 2.7 is nationwide and it’s for those who were unable to register under CVR.”

Speaking, the INEC official said, “INEC is not aware of any technology that actually tells the age of a person save for things like the MRI. Ordinarily, facial recognition does not tell age.
