S. Fubara is an Okrikan, Tonye Cole is Kalabari and of both Ijaw. We expect each side to vote wholeheartedly for their own. They would then test their popularity amongst the uplanders. Anyone with the highest popularity would end up as governor. But I see fubby (fubara) clinch this reason because;
1. He is based in Rivers and has grassroots support. But Cole is not based in Rivers and would be very difficult to convince Rivers people. Same issue played out with dakuku peterside.

2. With Wike as the sitting governor it's sure the ikwerre would back Fubara.

No advantage with certificate o. None. Focus on learning and knowing the content. Certs don't open doors in Data Science. Unless it's a Masters or PhD

For an entry level position certifications as regards the field you are applying for give you an edge over other applicants s.

When it gets to them they wail unconsolably. But when it happens to others, they find reasons to justify their acts.

It's online. Check Udemy and you would see courses related to Data science from beginner to advance level. Which is not free too. If you want free course you can check YouTube. Why I don't recommend YouTube is that it's filled with indians (I struggle to understand their English)

And for Udemy you would be given a certificate of completion which can be an added advantage.
