I’m sorry to interrupt the Post, but I’m kind of being in same situation. I was planing a project to start soon in Ibadan which is 3 flats with 1 duplex. But I was advised not to do so. I was advised to build 4 flats L shape bongalow to avoid decking expenses. Kindly advise.

USAutoBuy:
For a standard plot of 120 x 60ft, why don't you consider making an L shape design but it will be detached

2 flats on each side. Hope the architect in the house can come up with a better plan

Greeting to the house,
I’m planning on starting a new project soon. I looking at possibilities of instead of having 4 flats, to convert first up and down stairs to duplex and retain the second up and down as 2 flats. I’m thinking so to live in the duplex whenever I come to the country and rent the 2 flats so people can always be around in the house. yes, it is very possible, with well treated plastic tanks, good plumbing or aerator if electricity is constant but if not, plumbing should be done to connect like a shower head above every tanks and regulated to be dropping little by little to displace CO2 and add oxygen. next you need a good pelleting machine to compose your own feed its quite cheaper than buying. it is practically possible to do indoors fishery.

I will like people in the house to advise me on the type of pond to use. I'm moving to my site and I have a compound and extra 3 bedroom flat which I intend using for fish farming. I live abroad and we do buy some extremely large catfish here tho we know they have their style of breading them. I'm planing to go through some training here before coming home to combine the experience here with the one I will learn relating with Nigeria setting.
