COMRADE, The court will not give you, an individual, any order to the bank. They will still not honour it.

What you do first is to report to the police. The police will now write an investigation report and copy same to court before a bakers order can be issued.

Note: it will be issued to the investigating police officer (IPO), not you. IPO will now take it to the bank to get whatever information he wants based on his report and the order that was issued.

If anyone tells you that your money will be reversed after the order, that person is giving you a short term false hope as the highest they can do is to freeze any account involved and place it on red alert.

As to how much:

Your transport to police station, whatever transpired there, I don't know, you and IPO to court which you have to pay a fee, legit, because they can give you receipt from the court registry if you demand. You and IPO back to the bank for the main business.

Remember IPO go don chop 2times first, plus other.......... You you know!

If you put all this together, whatever you have there, that is the...... NORMAL! According to @iamdavidsyn
