Major is not a promotion to him, its demotion because at that rank in the pix, he is already a rank ahead of major. The only difference in the two pix is that one is a military police (the one with the red beret ) and the other one is not. |

APC won the elections because of the votes from the north and not because of the sw. This statement shows that you're never good at statistics. Flat head |

gboss4sure: Let the north come out and give us information on boko haram members and this massacres will stop. @OP if you fault this solution then what do you offer as a solution to end the menace of boko haram seeing that they have rejected amnesty don't just join the criticizing group who don't have any solution to this menace. In the case of ODI and co OBJ acted too fast but GEJ was patience enough waiting for boko haram to come to the table and you guys complained he is slow now he is acting you guys are also complaining. Give us solutions and don't just make noise.
The problem of odi started on November 4 and OBJ invaded them on November 20 How many years has boko haram killed innocent people, DID the gangs at ODI kill innocent women and women they attacked only military personals who are armed like them and not boko haram who are busy killing unarmed civilians.
Terrorist are fond of hiding on the midst of civilians and the best for the civilians is to vacate the area or provide information on them, during the era of isreal vs gaza did you see how they operate they will mouth their rocket launchers in scols and hospitals and will launch rockets against isreal so does that mean isreal shouldn't bomb the schools and hospitals. Mehn i believe in terror vs terror.
its a pity that civilians were involved but come to think of it, these were communities that harbor terrorists and shield them from law. That apart, you don't know what it means for the soldiers that were meant to protect the territorial integrity of a nation to be killed by mere militants, its really a slap on the nation. That means we are not save and shows that the presence of military cannot bring law and order to a distress area. There was a time students from my school attacked the house of an army general and beat up Soldiers guarding the house, when the man came back, the first question he asked was how many students did they kill. His reason for saying that was that his house is no longer safe if students can deem it fit to come to his house and beat up soldiers. As a commander in chief of the armed forces, you need to protect the integrity of your security personnel. In Uk, they say the killing of a police officer is tantamount to regicide. In situation like this, we can only tell the community harboring those terrorist to come and give them up to avoid casualties. May the soul of the innocent ones among them rest in peace. |
