The reason he gave for his resignation sounds somehow to me. I thought ACN is more sectional/ethnocentric in it's outlook compare to APC.
I doubt he has given us the actual reason why he is resigning. |

nitlad: Ha egba mi ke... Even oga OAM na olodo
Now, make I teach you Yoruba from the stables of J.O. Fagunwa and Adebayo Faleti
The correct semantic breakdown of the word 'Wonlasewonimi' goes thus:
It's not even a word per se, but rather a sentence merged together to form his username.
Wonlasewonimi = Won ni asewo(protistutë not ex-con) ni mi
If it was asewon (ex-con) as you are postulating, there would be double 'n' before the last three alphabets i.e. 'imi'. This is so because asewon(ex-con) ends with an 'n' and ni mi begins with an 'n' too.
To merge this two or 3 words, you cannot afford to remove one of the 'n' there as it is in the username WonlasewoNimi, doing so gives the word another meaning entirely different from yours.
The only way you are correct is if the user comes to say he made a typo when registering, and that there should be two 'n' instead of one.
Anything other than that, makes my translation the only possible and valid one! ok. ok ok. You scored 69.5% (no man gets an A from me, only brilliant hardworking multi-talented ladies do) Actually apart from the guy being a 1st class asewo and proper woman wrapper, he is also a chronic ex-convict. Lost count of the number of times he's been in and out of prison for defrauding ladies. It was in the prison he got all the info about many Nairalanders he is now using to blackmail them wonlasewonimi: Now, I can authoritatively say you are an otondo. See your very useless translation of a very straightforward username.
Have you not heard waka queen's song - Won tun l'asewo ni mi, won l'a ntele Okunrin Sharap dia before I un-lagbaja you. When are you going back inside? Or she is yet to discover your many frauds? |

nitlad: Disastrous if I may add....
Wonlasewonini simply means: dem say I be ashewo/they refer to me as ashewo/they call me ashewo....
The person with the handle/username is sick! Your Yoruba is 55% still a C, compare to Pataki 15% F Wonlasewonimi = woni asewon ni mi : asewon (ex-convict)not asewo (prostitute) Wonlasewonimi = dem say I be ex-convict/Tewonde. Anyways, I know the fellow but you have to pay me to tell you who he is. |
