Instructs Ceec and Lolu to step forward. Said they both struggled with and failed the bonding task. Says Ceec infringed on the house rules the minute she removed the harness. Says it seems to him that Ceec is used to having things her way. She said no.
To Lolu, says he allowed his emotions cloud his decisions and he made the wrong decision.

Didn't get it all.

Ceec' actions led to Lolu being injured and this is a serious infringement on rules.
Lolu's actions also aggravated an already volatile situation and that his apology felt like he was forced.
