holm:Are they paying this dividends at once? |
fxuser:Just a patience wil get better price. The Offer is still high. |
Toluway:Panic creates volatility. Volatility brings big profits it losses, depending on your strategic plan. |
I asked again, who made Muslims the Majority in Yorubaland. |
Alcatraz005:That has always been their game. Right here on NL, they have forced Seun to act according to thier dictates. I remembered how they locked up on of our threads after five pages, simply because someone of us are pointing out their hypocrisy. |
We are irked by the silence of Yoruba leaders on IPOB’s attack on the Yoruba mosque. Are Yoruba Muslims no longer part of the Yoruba nation? Are they not the majority group in the South West? Are the elitist Yoruba leaders still bent on marginalizing the majority Yorubas in their midst just because the Muslims are not vocal?" Ishaq Akintola, http://saharareporters.com/2017/09/18/muric-condemns-alleged-ipob-attacks-muslims-asks-yoruba-leaders-speak Who made the Muslims majority in Yoruba Land? |
ColonelDrake:I am surprised you just realized this. Everywhere you look online, you will notice certain group of Yourbas, popping Champagne over Igbo issues. I call them the jeunjeun generation, they are behaving exactly the way they were programmed. Even here on NL they have been hijacked from Seun in the name of political patronage. |
Now this is funny. So who did it |
They should take Operation Python Dance to New York |
wickyyolo:Welcome. Read more about board-room politics. |
SonofDevil:I am fully aware of what happened Operation sweep did to OPC in Lagos. But the same Obasanjo reconciled with OPC when his second term campaign became shakky. |
The same OPC Campaigned for Obasanjo Second term. OBJ merely threatened OPC, AD, Afenifere for his Political ambition. |
In 1999, a huge Python was unleashed on civilian spaces in Odi. The snake charmer was a certain centurion named Victor Malu. Egged on by civilian cheerleaders because Odi was not in their ethnic or political neck of the woods, Victor Malu screamed to local and international media that there was nothing wrong in allowing a Python to have a little fun among civilians. In 2001, the Python danced into Victor Malu's village and began to play in civilian spaces. After all, Victor Malu and his civilian cheerleaders had said that civilian spaces were created for Pythons. The Python even went inside Victor Malu's house, formed coils around three of his relatives, and ate them. Suddenly, Victor Malu became Nigeria's most vocal opponent of Pythons in civilian spaces. He even granted an interview to the New York Times condemning the Army, the Python he once led into Odi. Said Malu to the New York Times back in 2001: "How can you kill innocent civilians, farmers carrying yams on their heads? Can you mistake a yam tuber for a missile?" Gen Malu wisened up to the ethos of civilized humanity because the Python ended up in his village, wiped out his village and three of his relatives. May his country not follow this path to wisdom - where survivors develop wisdom only when they can take a census of their relatives in the belly of the Python they are cheering. May Nigeria emerge wiser, fairer, and more just from these tragic times. |
sarrki:What's the meaning of the bolded. |
DeRuggedProf:I am not sure he understands your post. ![]() @wickyyolo Simply get some good lawyers, that will insert some clauses to protect you in the memorandum. |
Mynd44:The same OPC that supported OBJ second term campaign. It was not long before even the OPC began to preach for the Obasanjo/PDP ticket. Also, the subliminal impact of the tribalist pro-Obasanjo campaign was no doubt re-enforced by the prospect of a juicer and much greater access to the Nigerian gravy train as the AD/PDP alliance was said to anticipate. http://nigeriavillagesquare.com/forum/threads/obasanjo-and-his-pyrrhic-victory.1064/ |
@OP advise for mum to get a stable relationship if she can't fix her marriage. The relationship she's having with multiple partners is very dangerous, when problem start you will have to carry the burden. She is no longer a young lady, her runs is limited. ![]() |
Toothless FG FG better keep quiet. They forget the International community can turn Nigeria into another football pitch overnight. |
FG is toothless, when it comes to the international community. |
Throwback:OPC has been doing this before GEJ regime, it started during ABACHA era, do you remember NADECO? |
TonyeBarcanista:And the same guy criticize's Niger Delta militant, IPOB and Boko-Haram. e.t.c Hypocrisy |

Coolcash1:This is why I insisted SEC and NSE are big time scammers. They always look away whenever companies are ripping off investors, until the bubble bust. They have been playing this game since the regime of Ndidi Okoreke |
fxuser:Oando accounts were approved and JAT and Mofe will retain their positions at GCE and DGCE. |
132. OER whom everyone thought was owned by Oando Plc, was always owned by OODP. The "Oando" in the "ER"...well.... 133. Mangal also had an issue it seems. 134. By not disclosing that he owned a further 13.9% of Oando, lawyers claim he may have contravened a CAMA provisions. 135. In Nigeria, shareholders who own more than 5% of shares in a publicly listed company had to disclose it. Oando claims he did not 136. To be fair, Mangal and Volpi were yet to make official statements thus arousing major suspense for all stakeholders 137. And so, as the AGM loomed on the 11th management of Oando worked all weekend to ensure that it not only took place but successfully so. 138. The PR machine was in full gear. Reports suggest social media influencers were mobilized to action. The media stayed coy 139. Success by most counts was to get the audited accounts approved with JAT & his board securing their positions as directors of Oando Plc 140. They left no chances to bare. . 141. Sources suggest that they had lawyers stationed in nearly every high court in case anyone filed an injunction against the AGM 142. The AGM would hold amidst some protest but just as they wanted everything went as planned. 143. The accounts were approved and JAT and Mofe will retain their positions at GCE and DGCE. 144. JAT and Mofe may not be feared businessmen or street as some would opine. However, one thing was clear 145. They have demonstrated over time that they are "Corporate Kings" and master "manipulators" of laws that govern shareholding structures. 146. Their notoriety may attract many critics and or even more fans. But corporate Nigeria have here, two guys not ready to bow out 147. We have come to the end of this episode of corporate stories on Oando. I would like to thank the fantastic team at Nariametrics |
124. All they owned were shares in OODP registered in the British Virgin Islands, which in turn owned shares in OODP registered in Nigeria 125. Which in turn owned shares in Oando Plc. Volpi thus, analysts explain, will need to kick JAT out in BVI before he gets to Nigeria 126. Some analysts even opine, that this was perhaps why SEC could not act. No Nigerian entity was in trouble here. 127. Retail investors and local shareholders, were not the petitioners so SEC had to wash its hands clean & refer d matter over to d courts. 128. The courts some said, would first entertain arguments surrounding jurisdiction as both companies are not registered Nigerian entities. 129. Some also claim a good lawyer could perhaps swing the case in Volpi's way if he argued differently. 131. But JAT and Mofe had delisted OER from d Toronto Stock Exchange. Either by providence or being smart, it was a move of a grand master. ![]() |
