rebekah2011: audit fees is not a function of your coy being a listed or not- listed. If you want to have access to cheaper funds via the investing public, you must be ready to face public scrutiny. I believe the regulations for non-financial coys are not even enough. It should be more. Oga, most Limited company do Audit once a year, unlike Public companies. Add that to other cost i.e AGM, Publishing of reports. e.t.c |

Coolcash1: At this rate, there will soon be no non-banking stocks again on the bourse. Like a member said, its time for NSE and SEC put on their thinking cap to deepen the market. This is not good at all for investors and country at large. I think the cost and stress of doing business on the NSE is too high for some companies. Just look at Audit fees alone, it very high. |

thesilentone: For the sake of our fellow readers (new/old), how should a newbie interpret this scenario:
a) The sellers are about to dump and run on them shortly- it's a trap b) There are no sellers as the stock is 'too good' to be sold c) Something is wrong with your broker's portal d) None of the above
BTW: Same scenario with FBNH right now. 23M BIDs, no offers. When a company is desisting, the core investors are going to buyout majority of the shares at an attractive price. b) There are no sellers as the stock is 'too good' to be sold |

Tony's holdings has reduced, UBA Nominees is now the largest shareholder of the company.
When insiders are reducing their holdings and offloading to UBA Nominees that should tell you something Oga, Transcorpse has always been a scam. |

After getting an interim dividend of almost N90 million about 5 months ago, the old man will get a final dividend of almost N300 million in April. This is different from dividends, interests, income and cash flow from other numerous companies, real estates, money market investments and businesses.
What a nice way to enjoy old age and be a source of blessing to your children and grandchildren. Baba cannot kill himself o. Most of these Old men are loaded on the share of Companies(Nestle,NB and co) collecting dividend in Millions yearly. |

Good sense of mkt dynamics and its direction, the koko even the Ibo traders know this like the back of their hands. You don't need to close the purchasing dept. Just look for other products that is on demand, that is what my Ibo traders always do. |
