Continue deluding yourselves.But let me put it to you.There is no such thing as a healthy dosage of porn if you think watching porn moderately is good.Pornographic usage has been normalized in our society today because a great part of a society see no big deal in it.Maybe because they are oblivious to its proven negative effects or don't care about it.What most deluded folks say when defending their usage of porn is that porn is natural and a simple and free expression of sexuality.While others will says it helps to spice up relationship.But it has been proven that it's disadvantages of porn outweighs its widely perceived advantages as claimed by porn users.

Firstly,studies have proven that porn harms intimate connection.Porn has been shown to cause a decrease in committed relationship.This is because it strips away the deeply emotional and selfless connection that intimacy creates in a relationship and replaces it with self focused sexual desire.This in turn creates the perception that love is not worth it if one cannot get satisfaction for one's sexual desires.
Secondly,For those who think porn spices up relationship,Studies have shown that porn consumers imitate what they see in porn movies and also compare their partners to those porn performers they watch.Meaning that if their partner does not meet the standards of those who they watch in porn movies,Dissatisfaction will sets in the relationship.Subsequently,Emotional connection between those involved in the relationship is lowered which eventually leads to end of that relationship.
Thirdly,Porn usage causes PIED(porn induced erectile dysfunction).This is a condition in which a porn consumer is unable to respond sexually to a real life partner.This is because the porn user's brain has been conditioned to respond only to what they see in porn movies which subsequently leads to loss of interest in a real life partner.This is how porn has destroyed alot of marriages.Those for those who say porn is good for couples,they are only deluding themselves.
Nothing goods comes out of porn.Let me not even talk on masturbation because that one is a bigger evil.
