but the case of China is special, Chinese are migrating to establish flagship things in underdeveloped countries in a bid to overtake the United States of America... the U.S.A media has spoilt China reputation with things like ;

So if the natives of a region are leaving in drove, then the land might not be productive cos even if there natives chose to leave, outsiders should have moved their enmass...
