i definitely agree with you... Agbaso said Rochas personally introduced the company, awarded the contract and approved the payment so why isnt anyone questioning him? I have never heard of a contract being awarded this way joney360: Agbaso is down and out. So now I want the house to focus on the contract award process in Imo state, cos I can't understand how a contract of N1.2billion is awarded and the cost is paid upfront. This is not due process. Due process demands that the contract should be subjected to open bidding and the winner of the bid paid 25% or 10% mobilization fee. The other payments should come as certification is obtained by the contractor from ministry of works for a job welldone as contract progresses. So why was JPROS paid N1.2b upfront? How many kilometers is the said road? Is the road actually worth N1.2b? What other projects was due process circumvented? Impeachment is a start they need to complete this process. Imagine a situation where a contract is awarded to a contractor and payment made upfront. Do we consider if the contractor does a shoddy job cos he already has the Money or decides to bail completely. |
why the guy dey expose his breast on his first pic? |
so here is another twist to the story.. Now they are saying they traced the bank account the bribe went into and it is not Jude Agbaso's account.. That it is a Lebanese guys account.. The way this process played out so quick and the speed at which a replacement was picked seems really shady.. here is the article http://www.imostateblog.com/2013/03/29/contractor-joseph-dina-jpros-international-kidnapped/ |
u definitely dont have an iphone Abbey2sam: Why would people in there right senses compare iphone to samsung........gosh!!! |
Hmmm.. Na wa o.. See all the physics professors wey full here.. Lagusta and Sauer are right.. Coogar, you are ignoring the materials of the car in question... When two objects collide, the resulting energy generated from the collision has to be transformed from one form to another.. So in this case m1v1 being the mass and velocity of mercedes benz generates a force f1.. For every action, there has to be an equal and opposite reaction.. So the honda will generate its own force m2v2, v2 will be the velocity that the honda will travel by being hit by the mercedes benz.. v2 cant be 0 unless there is some sort of force that keeps the honda from moving at all which is not possible so obviously, the honda will generate a reaction which is what will be visible on the body of the mercedes based on what materials are used in the body of the mercedes. So its a lot more to it than just calculating F=M1V1 In the end, the equation has to be balanced, energy is never lost, just transformed from one form to another.. Lets call the other forms of energy that are generated during the accident X; F2 will always be negative of F1 because it is an opposite force. F1 + (-F2) = X; F1- F2 - X = 0; m1v1 - m2v2 - X = 0; X could be sound (which you would hear as a loud bang when the accident occurs) or some other form of energy like heat. A stationary object isn't always the bearer of the damage, when you take a hammer to a wall, the wall breaks and the wall is stationary. Why doesn't the hammer break? It all boils down to the ability of the materials in contact to handle the force thrown at it, the object that is hit always creates a resultant force minus whatever force is dissipated through other forms so movement or no movement, it shouldn't make a difference. The reason the honda suffered that kind of damage compared to the mercedes was because the materials that were used in the mercedes are a lot more resistant to force than the materials used in the honda. The mercedes is a metal bumper and the honda is a fiber glass bumper. The mercedes bumper is also has a lot more density |
why would they focus on failed ideas? how many business men tried to make money and lost money? Just because people failed doesnt mean we shouldn't try.. Nothing good comes easy Frosti: They should talk about all the failed ideas that never maid the news. |
Guy no dey vex now. U saw the title of the thread, u posted a Hyundai inside a thread tired 2014 Mercedes.. If you wanted to showcase hyundai's technological advancement, you could have easily opened a new tread titled 2014 Hyundai garnetty: Some people have eyes yet they cannot read nor comprehend simple grammar or comments from others. There is no where in this thread was any attempt made at comparing Hyundai with Mercedes Benz. The fact that Hyundai HCD Genesis was mentioned in this thread was not to venture into a voyage of determining which is which or which is classy or 'machine' as some people have claimed but to simply bring classy technology and innovation to the automobile table of Nairaland as an internet domain where poeple can appreciate it. But some haters, sorry 'marketers' believe the thread is theirs to open and comment only. They forget that for 2014 Mercedes Benz S Class and any other good product and innovation for that matter, it is RES IPSA LOQUITOR for the public and there is no need to carry the campaign on their head. |
How can someone be mentioning Hyundai next to Mercedes? |
peace of mind makes u add weight.. as long as you keep your weight in check by being constantly active, its all good |
Amen.. I have an 09 s550 too.. Love the car ndu_chucks: Insha Allah, this ride will replace my '09 550. |
i dont know if i am feeling the exterior style.. love the interior though.. |
thanks a lot HNosegbe: Ok. |
If the answer was obvious, I wouldn't ask the question.. I get your point. I was just asking a genuine random question as someone who doesn't know HNosegbe: I think the answer to your question is obvious enough. |
So Venezuela has 9 times the amount of oil we have yet we produce more per day than Venezuela? Do they purposely choose to produce less and save theirs for a rainy day or do they just not have the production capacity? HNosegbe: ^^^^^ |
Why not deregulate the price, encourage people to refine locally and generate competition to drive down prices? |
The song sucks BTW, am I the only one that heard kanye West shout its Don Jazzy again? |
If it works for them, who are we to complain? A guys manhood shouldn't be threatened by him helping out his wife in the house |
You sir are a smart man senbonzakura_kageyoshi: you, my friend, need to go to school. |
I weep for the future of nigeria and the ignorance in this thread... How much do nigerian billionaires give to their own brother? Not to talk of donating billions to foreign countries out of their own pockets to eradicate diseases. Instead of focusing their attention on GEJ for what he did, they are turning on the person who is trying to help them and accusing him of injecting them with AIDS. The HIV virus can only survive for a few hours outside the human body, I don't know how Bill Gates is transporting aids from America in syringes. Such lack of education will cost people's lives and stop people from receiving the proper treatment that our government won't provide. Innocent kids continue to lose their lives and the mortality rate continues to rise. Nigerians, our leaders are constantly abusing us because we are weak minded. We focus our attention on fighting the wrong people instead of the right people. The same way each tribe fights each other while our leaders rob us blind. Unite and focus on your common target "your leaders". There is no accountability in Nigerian government. Nigerian government officials are kings of misdirection, this is why we can't move forward. Whenever they feel like we are getting too wise and onto their tricks, they come up with something to distract us. How do you think boko haram was born? Please let us unite and hold our leaders accountable regardless of our individual tribes, we are all one. We can't blame the foreigners for our problems when we are so richly blessed with natural resources and free from natural disasters. We as a country generate more per capita income than a lot of western countries yet our brothers, sisters and kids still live in abject poverty. We lack the basic necessities that humans need to survive. The African continent is the biggest hindrance to its own success. Even during the so called subsidy protests, people were laughing and playing during a protest. How will our government take us seriously? Please people, lets face the real problem. |
