Is anywhere ever far in Lagos? Where you live now was once very far and a no go area. Beechwood Estate is strategically located on the Lekki express, less than 2minutes drive after Mayfair garden Estate, livable, you can start building immediately, has all infrastructures in place and not pricey like other estates in Lekki axis. This were people's notion some years ago about VGC, Lekki but today the story is different, Crown Estate was like going for Excursion, but today a plot goes for about N25M.

blank: Lakowe is very far from the island for those who do not know the area. It is almost 1 hr to VGC without traffic. Traffic is usually in the morning from to 6am till like 10. In the evenings it can start from 4 o'clock till very late starting from mega chicken till ajah roundabout.

That means you have to leave your house before 5am to have any hope of crossing ajah traffic and getting to your office before 8am. It's not easy but some people do it everyday.

About, the estate itself, I don't know cos I have had no need going towards that side. At 6m its a bit pricey for that area cos other estates are about 2.5m to 3.5m. Non estates are even less so.

Kudos to my dear friend lawyer for doing what he knows how to do best. Please, can we have more estates that are closer to the island or ajah, pretty please?

for the people that are saying he didnt start an oil company, there are downstream, midstream and upstream oil companies.. he would be classified as a downstream oil firm because he is involved in distribution of refined products.. 1. You said you could get these cars for $500/month without a trade in.. I told you that you could not.. We did the simple arithmetic that shows you cannot get it for $500/month.. The total amount paid at 6 years was $30,000 based on simple multiplication that we did in elementary school.. You couldn't explain how the bank would get their $70,000 balance(not counting interest).. Yet you were still making noise about your friend that goes through cars but could not explain common logic.. Where is the $70,000 + interest coming from?

2. Next you said if you traded your 2010 corvette you would pay $200/month.. Again simple math.. I printed a list of all the 2010 corvette gs's sold with their trade in value, we did the calculations again and showed that your numbers dont make sense... I knew you were going to argue about the trade in value even though i presented public evidence so i took a 2013 corvette gs

The monthly payments are $1093 per month for 60 months, I decided to add jara, I did the trade in value of your corvette at $70,000, your payments are $793 per month for 60 months.. So i dont know where you are getting $200 per month from..

Assuming you dont trade in anything at all, your payments are $1996 per month.. So definitely i dont know where you are getting $500/month from.. This is the cheaper m6 coupe not gran coupe o and the lowest interest rate there is in the US...

I dont need to visit a dealership.. I own a dealership in the US and one in nigeria.. I have also sold cars on that list.. Its simple math if the numbers dont add up, how will they get their money back? Credit history determines your interest rate but in the end the bank has to get their capital back and their interest. The payments you are suggesting do not even cover 3/4 of the principal not to talk of the interest. This is what i do for a living, you cant tell me how to do it.
At $500/month if you took the loan even for 10 years (which does not exist, maximum loan period is typically 60 months) $500 * 12 months * 10 years = $60,000.. Its common sense, where will the bank get the rest of their principal from? Where will the bank get their interest from? Even if na your papa own BofA or Citibank, in America, your statement has to balance. No bank will take a loss because you want to drive mercedes.

You said you can trade in your corvette and pay $200, Current value of a 2010 corvette gs with even 5,000 miles is high $40's tops and i doubt your car has 5,000 miles
