The Riddle of God
No man is wrong about his knowledge of God,yet no man is Right about his understanding of God.
. The Riddle of Truth
Truth causes conflict to storm in the heart of man,tearing him every which way. But until man stops his search for truth,he cannot have freedom,because truth in an imperfect creation is not whole.

Only truth from the spiritual worlds of God is pure,but when man is given a single,raw thread of truth to occupy him for a while,he attaches so much importance to it that he won't let go of it later for the finer cloth of the weaver's loom. He wants truth,but not if it means first throwing out the old,ragged thread in hand.
. Try to understand this: Perfect truth is not given to the human state because it cannot comprehend it. The ECK travelers do reveal higher degrees of truth to us,but eventually,if we are to attain the highest states of God,we must surrender all in our hearts and minds so that selfless love can enter in.

I know you asked Ben the question, so I hope you don't mind me Chipping a few. The truth is nothing Ben says will give a definite answer. Believe me there was a time I was researching every article criticizing Eckankar. It is good you are asking these questions because when you seek you'll find, but I'll add when u find u still have to make a bold step because heaven is for the bold and courageous the meek will inherit the earth. Now back to your question, if you go online everybody is claiming you copied me, my God is bigger than yours, my is the only way, etc. It's funny that most don't talk about confirming everything from the holy spirit. Because it has all answers and it will give you the level of truth required for your spiritual development, just like you can't teach physics to a nursery school child. Am just saying ask the holy spirit to tell you about ECKANKAR and get your answer from the voice of God. Don't limit God to books, that's why ECKANKAR emphasis on you having your own experience with God because 1 experience is better than a million words. Just like Paul in the Bible, he had an experience with the light and sound (the light blinded him while the sound is the voice he heard), the holy spirit. After that the rest is history. That's a good example of getting answers from the ECK (holy spirit) .

Ben already said God, the Sugmad, chooses the individual who is worthy to wear that state of consciousness and his goal is primarily to return all ready souls back to God.Now you are asking how does God make this selection .Don't mind me,there was a time I almost killed Ben with questions.Ben always answers but he kept telling me I can ask the ECK & get my answers directly because that is what ECKankar is all about.This path will be difficult for those who want a logic response to all there questions.IT IS WHAT IT IS,sometimes you have to go within to get the answers you seek.As Soul all the answers are there,you just have to seek & then you will find.If you go back through this thread you'll see I have being in your shoes.I am an ECKist now(over 7 months),I must say Ben is really trying because sometimes the questions people ask is like asking someone to describe his Senses(taste of food,smell of air).I doubt anyone can do that to your satisfaction with words,that's why we say ask the holy spirit with love in your heart,you'll get your answer.

Soul's whole purpose for being in this world is to find divine love.People come to the teachings of ECK for a number of reasons.Some come for the phenomenal things,like the gift of prophecy.They want to learn Soul Travel,which is a spiritual art.Or they want the gift of healing.
But those who are farther ahead spiritually come to ECK with the desire to find love,divine love.In fact,before they find ECK,they have often asked,
"Show me how to find love".Then they find it in ECK.
This is not to say that people in other paths don't do the samething in their particular religion.God has established all religions because each religion serves a purpose.Each religion fills the needs of a certain group of Souls.And within each religion,there are those who are more advanced spiritually and those who are just starting out on the spiritual path.
