Car Talk › Re: Peugeot 406 V6, And 307 2.0L: What's Your Take? by obicentlis: 12:58pm On May 06, 2012
OP, i ve used 307 since 2003. It is a reliable car. Fuel consumption is very minimal and the best of the brands i ve used so far. 5litres of fuel will take u morethan 50kms. The engine is the best though i bought mine brand new. Am about 2 sell my 307, my buyer is pricing it 750k but am insisting on 1m due to the fitness of the car. It has just go for 90000km since i bought. I will advice u 2 go for it cos u will enjoy it.
Thanks!
Politics › Re: 4 Storey Building Collapses In Fegge, Onitsha (Pics) :'( by obicentlis: 2:48pm On May 05, 2012
Sincerely i knw it that one day most of these buildings will start collapsing. You need to visit Onitsha and see the kind of house the do erect within few months. Basically i do not trust the quality of th buildings. Though am not a prophet of doom but if care is not taken Osha may over take Other states in terms of collapsed buildings.

Education › Re: Imo State University Permanent Site Construction Pictures by obicentlis: 12:27pm On Mar 24, 2012
pistol: I still insist that those uploaded pics looks pathetic. An administrative/senate building that looks like a block of flats. They have used politics to bas/tardise and balkanise the university for their own selfish reasons.I doubt if they conducted an EIA before siting the university there in his governors backyard.
go to the government house, ask of the deputy governor's office, the building u will see there that was constructed by Rochas is a replica of the admin block.
Stop all these bias comments!
Education › Re: Imo State University Permanent Site Construction Pictures by obicentlis: 10:23am On Mar 24, 2012
this is just the tip, whoever that took this pix didnt capture my own building. This is just the admin block that looks exactly like the deputy governor's new office in owerri.
Enough work are going on. Owelle is on the rescue mission.
Carry go my able governor!
Those pics looks pathetic.Universities are know for their landmark buildings not those classroom blocks that he is erecting. In the intrest of equity rochas should relocate the university back to mbaise.I heard that ideato dnt hv underground water with unfavourable soil and harsh climate[/quote
you are one of the problems we have in Nigeria. Relocation of school shouldnt be a topic for disqualifying a hardworking Governor that is achieving feats which Udenwa and Ohakim couldnt achieve. Am at the site now, you need to see the quality of work going on there. These project when completed will be second to none to any University in Nigeria. As a contractor that has worked for many Govts, this project should be applauded cos it takes a great political will for a state govt to embark on this kinda project.
The environment is as favourably as anything. Geologists are on ground at the site, the have drilled about six portable borehole with i took this morning.
We should all give this man the support to entirely rescue imo, which he is doing.

nous: while I rejoice with her, if she had abstained from premarital sex, she would not have to worry about the issue of getting a husband after one. we cant deny that the single mother stigma will be there in the area of getting a husband.
Lesson: Abstain from premarital sex. you are not married until you are married. anything can happen, even on the wedding morning.
I wish you God's strength in raising the child.
hahahahahah. Lwkmd, if she no give in to Loph's hunger 4 sex, i doubt if there will be any joy 4 now.
God is great and mysterious!

Politics › Re: Anambra Vs Abia. Which Is More Organized? by obicentlis: 7:39am On Mar 18, 2012
You don start be that.

But to judge based on the pics seen thus far, i'd say Abia State is edging it nwaobere. The main issues i see with Abia (from the pics) is cosmetic: more that of beautification; street sweeping and a need for sidewalks. Anambras' pics leave a lot to be desired (unless Abagworo was being a bit mischievious in selecting mainly unflattering pics undecided), as the only nice pics were the ones of GRA Onitsha and the Business District in Awka.

From what i've seen Abia is not as bad as i thought, and looks better organized. I think the problem they have is with the federal roads which (unlike Akwa Ibom and Rivers) they may not have as much money to repair, after which they then go asking for a refund.

If anyone has pics that show Anambra in a better light, they can as well post for us to see.

These threads should not be taken over with abuse and curses, but be used as a means to make the Governors concerned pull their socks up, and govern better.

PS- does anyone have pics of Abiriba?
The poster is an agent of The foolish and visionless Governor T. A . Orji. This guy was paid to post this pictures here. This pictures aren't real. Am in Abia state, i can tell you that Aba is not organize, he is trying to achieve something from this thread.
Anambra, no matter how busy it is, is still more organize.
