Hi doc thanks for the great work you are doing in this forum,may God Almighty reward you abundantly.I'm 14wks plus gone in my term now and after reading some of the complains of my fellow users of this forum,i realised its not good to have coloured urine,this i have ,and av taken your advise to them that they shld be taking enough water,this also av been doing,but my urine is still not as clear as colourless. Secondly,i don't go to toilet as often as possible eventhou i take orange almost everyday.pls wat do i do and also advice on wat and wat am supposed to be doing and wat not to do.Thanks

I think people should also be aware that there are certain things they cant do before going for the test so be informed,no sex 24hours before the test,no douching,and pregnant women cant do it.

hi doc pls am a little bit confused here,could you pls shed more light into this issue and tell me if its possible for me to consive this way.Usually my mc is 28days,but in recent time its been 26days,on 24th of february i started my period which ended on 26.On the 6,7,8 i made love on these days and since then av not seen my period.The reason am confused is that i thought it hadnt gotten to my ovulation day so there was no fear of conceieving wat happened.

Doctor pls if a woman's mensural circle is like 26 to 28 days ,but mostly 28 days,wen is it likely for her to be ovulating.I hear people say like 12days or 14days after she starts her period depending on the hormones of the person. pls advice

Usually what i do is thank God for the provision,i didn't always thank my mother who made the food or the means,but av come to appreciate that thanks goes along way.My fiance thanks me for every meal he eats.To me i see it as a way he was brought us well mannerd.And i plain to always train my children to say thank you.
