By my own speculation, the list is coming by next week wch is july 15 or 16 which ends weeks of application. Bose je niyen

No. I addressed with the Abuja address and I was not ask to submite extra copies. Start with hand writen application first while arranging it then ur cvs,LGA state of origin or attestation from ur LGA chairman, birth cert, primary,wasc,degree, nysc and other provisional cert.
