Looks like eczema. Gold bond cream or aveeno eczema relief body cream multiple times a day should. Also the bath water & soap matters, limit baths & used good water without soap. Could be reaction to food, observe which food in your diet if breastfeeding or in baby’s diet otherwise.
MmJam: If you're a first time flyer, I'd advice you use a travel agent to guide you, so you don't be fumble at the airport , also have you checked the requirement for baggage, i booked with Aeroland travel and tours Ltd to Toronto for 1.6m in first week of January 2024, I've been given my student Visa, will be resuming at Niagara College in the winter.
Is your accommodation sorted? My friend needs a roommate , same resumption
I just landed in Canada few hours ago via Ethopian airlines from Lagos Airport.
I registered on arrive can, switch health, and printed all documents before arriving Lagos airport. The guy who pushed my trolley attempted to scam me 7500 for yellow card, amongst other scams, but I remembered narrations on nairaland so I didn’t fall for any. I didn’t spend any money during the journey, but you can give tips as the Spirit leads.
After showing my passport, I passed my bags through the machine just near the Lagos airport door. I then went straight to Ethiopian airlines check-in counter admist the crazy queue. Those check-in staff are not smiling, be prepared with your documents make them nor delay you. My bags didn’t exceed the limit & I suggest you go at least 4-5 hours before the flight just incase.
After about 4 more security checks, I boarded & arrived addis ababa some hours later where I was able to use the free airport wifi to update loved ones. Ethiopian airlines was ok, nothing bad to say. It was a long flight & having to seat for so long in such confined space does a number on the body.
Arrived Toronto Pearson quite early in the morning & I think that plays a role in how relaxed the airport & staff were as I wasn’t subjected to much questioning. Having all documents on hand in paper really helps. Make sure you’re organized & calm, your documents may speak for you & questions were minimal to none in my case. Don’t be afraid to ask polite questions when looking for directions or clarity.
Since I registered with switch health, I was directed to a shorter queue for arrival covid test which was the last stop before finally exiting the airport. I didn’t pay for the test & I wasn’t told anything about quarantine. I am fully vaccinated & wore my mask & sanitized at all times cos I don’t want a positive covid test result. It didn’t really snow much at the time I arrived, however it is cold here.
It’s been a while guys. Canada is a good country, see for yourself on this YouTube channel which you can subscribe to for live updates https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1yg8ml2Eqw
How long did ur spouse stayed over Der before applying for u to go join him and how long did the processing time take for your visa to be approved[/quote]My spouse lived in Canada before we met.
golor: Please ma'am, how long did you stay before applying for spouse! I want to go a master student and start my spouse invitation immediately. Is that possible! I have a lot to ask you ma'am can you please give me audience please
So sorry for the late reply.
I was in Nigeria and my spouse in Canada applied for me.
lekanlaniyan: Please, I want to ask. What kind of questions did they ask during the Visa Interview. Thank You.
It was an hour long. It was less about questions and more of a conversation for the officer to really get into your relationship and years together, how we met, details about events in our lives. Just make sure you put together all supporting documents you can think of, which they will instruct you to do in your interview invitation letter. If your relationship is genuine, the conversation will speak for itself, you just have to be relaxed and don’t be afraid, after all, it’s genuine.
Eggovic: Thanks for sharing. Congratulations once again. Did you do your biometrics in Lagos? If yes, any specific reason for sending your passport to Abuja vfs instead of lagos?
I did my biometrics in Abuja some time ago for a different application so I didn’t have to redo it. I used abuja vfs cos i heard its faster but i hear people send to vfs accra directly
iskilayodele: Damn!!! The process was a hell of a journey for you! Anyways, thank God it ended in joy.
I'm beginning to dislike Canada over its irrational strictness on spouse sponsorship
My dear! I was in one of the worst mental agony of my life! But life is now so sweet being reunited with my spouse and landing as a permanent resident is awesome. So I would say its worth it and I understand why they have to be strict. Really thank God it has ended in joy as you have said. Thanks.

obilec: I give my testimony as I‘ve asked God just 3 days ago. After months of silence from IRCC, i just got a response for the final stage of my application. It’s not study permit, so everything is different, but I get alot of info from this thread. I will post everything in the spousal sponsorship thread once I articulate myself. What God cannot do does NOT exist! Thank you my Elohim, you’re worthy to be praised forever, receive all the glory Lord, you too much!
LANDING GIST!
I just landed in Canada few hours ago via Ethopian airlines from Lagos Airport. I’ve immigrated via spousal sponsorship but I learned alot from this thread & I feel everyone can benefit from landing gist. I will be posting timeline information in the spousal sponsorship thread as it isn’t applicable here.

TheExalted: Yes but you will have to pay about 24k, 14k for the package to & fro, then 7k or so to the VFS Abuja if you did your bio-metric elsewhere. Learnt Abuja is faster, you get your passport within a week. I submitted passport on Monday, I should have it back by the end of the day today.
You will pay only 4k however if you submit your passport to Lagos, assuming your bio-metric was done in Lagos.
obilec: I book my passport request with faith this week in Jesus name. Lord Jesus, please give me this testimony , let me come here again to testify in public, for your children overcome by the the word of our testimony. What God cannot do does not exist.

Favouriteguy: Hello everybody Trust we are all hopeful. Please I have a question and would be glad to know those who ha e gone through this process b4.
I got a Passport Request on 13th September and I submitted via DHL to Abuja 15th Sept but up till this moment I haven't gotten a mail or message that my passport has been returned.
Is it normal? It is 23 working days already...
NB: my application is for Permanent Residence (Family Class)
Jay246: Good afternoon nairalanders….. please I need an answer to this. I received my letter for medical on the 23rd of Septemberand I was given a 30days deadline to do it… I was scheduled by IOM to do it on the 21st of October. My question is isn’t the date too close to the deadline for doing and submitting my medical details
It is. Did you try Qlife? Do you think you can plead that they reschedule? If not, you just have to mount pressure for submission within the time limit
God is too wonderful infact I dont know where to start from. I will give u ppl an epistle trust me. when I saw two messages, I wanted to faint cos it's only refusal that comes this fast.
I arrived Toronto yesterday. It was a very long flight using Ethiopian Airways. But mehn, their Air hostess fine die and them dey friendly. Plus their food make sense. We have a 7hrs on air from lagos to Addis ababa and 16hrs from Addis ababa to toronto.
At MM Airport. You will need to show covid test, enrolment letter and arrivecan. Then at Toronto, you will need enrolment, admission letter, tuition payments and proof of funds. Infact the proof of funds dey important.
9ja083: They have replied and rejected my application as usual. They still said I didn’t provide enough evidence that shows that my marriage is genuine and continuous. I don’t think I will have the mind to reapply again.
I heard spousal sponsorship hardly gets rejected, so this is shocking. I saw on other threads that one can request your notes to see the issues raised, if it applies to this application type, why not do so? Were you given medical request and what was your timeline?
