That TV model is UHD, not FHD which eleojo mentioned. I think there is a little different consumption of UHD over FHD.

The TV also has Bluetooth functionality. @Penuelseun, Does the Bluetooth connect to/support audio devices or it's only to bluetooth keyboard hardware?

I considered that mecool KIII pro, its on the range of 39k, I then researched its close alternative it pointed to this Freesat GTC and its about 25k to land in lag.
The main difference between the two is
7.0 & 6.0 android version,
3gig ram & 2gig ram,
5USB port & 2USB port
the rest features are similar.
I 'll just oder it & forget it and wait less than 2 months max.

Bro, you should definitely have a fuse at the back. Watch this video for guidance and make sure you screw in the new fuse properly and tightly.

Clarify what you are saying.

Are you saying the inverter part works (works on battery) but it won't charge? Or are you saying something else?

If it is what I first wrote, change the fuse in the inverter usually located at the back of the inverter. Really easy to do.

can you help describe how you connect the inverter and solar to the battery bank because I guess the charges from the solar and the one from AC supply seems to be causing overload on the inverter panel.
I might be wrong but expert can put more light for us and possibly a detailed diagram for proper connection for future experiment.

I have the same issue. The inverter will show that is charging but no increment in the battery voltage. The system is designed for grid interconnection with 1100W array to charge 24V200AH bank. The problem is that it is always in use during the sunny hours thereby leaving the battery empty in the night.

It's likely the charging section has failed. You have three options:

1) Repair it by a professional or open it by yourself and look for a fuse that is open.

2) Get an external charger.

3) Forget NEPA and use only solar.

And no difference in the battery voltage between when it's off-load and when the inverter has AC input? If yes then you may indeed have a faulty inverter. I once had a 1.5kva inverter, it stopped indicating the charge icon but it still charges the batteries.
