of course it's not.
Those load wattage are just maximum that the device can take probably at full functionality or at start up.
That tv may be taking half that watt to operate and the rest of the load.
The only way to tell is with a meter to read the current consumption from the battery.

For instance, a fan of 30watt
When the fan is starting up, it may consume 30 watt momentarily, but at soon as it reach it's max rpm, power consumption drops to about 20watts or less.

if all the load is 60watts,how many hours will it last for 100ah battery to drop to 12.00v,remember he said 13hrs of continuous use

Don't try microtech if your battery bank is low as it is a power guzzler, I personally use ceepro inverter, no load consumption is 8w, albeit no charger
