RED RIDING HOOD (2011) movie reviews as at March 23 2011: Rotten Tomatoes: 12% Metacritic: 28/100 Yahoo Movies Users review: B |
iice:@iice Madam!! I've also seen "Season of the Witch". It was just pure crap. |
Vieira:@Vieira PRIMER was arrant nonsense as well. So, u were the prison guard in Revolver. |
@semid4lyfe DEATH RACE 2 was crappy. |
vescucci:@vescucci Dark City came out a year before The Matrix. I remember watching it for the very first time on video cassette. It was one of the films that influenced Christopher Nolan in doing Inception. It was quite good if you ask me but I felt the ending part where there's a lot 'flying' was awkward in a way. |
vescucci:@vescucci That's another story I liked as well. "The Animatrix" was not bad sha. Its still better than "The Matrix Revolutions". |
@MRbrownJAY You're globetrotting. Nice. I also like Hans Zimmer and James Horner music scores in films as well. |
vescucci:INCREDIBLE!!! Suggestions: - The Hurt Locker (2009) ![]() - Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy - Spiderman Trilogy - Matrix Trilogy - Aki and Ukwa 1 & 2 ![]() - Black Swan - Sin City |
@vescucci The only segments I liked in THE ANIMATRIX were the 3D animated and the black-and-white detective stories. |
MRbrownJAY:@MRbrownJAY THE UNTOUCHABLES (1987) ![]() MRbrownJAY, long time. Where have you been?? |
@ Topic Alright, here's my list of desconb. . .diskcon. . . errr . . . confusing movies 1) Reservior Dogs 2) Being John Malkovich 3) I heart the Huckabees 4) Big Fish 5) Eternal Sunshine of a spotless mind.
@Sisi_Kill - Reservoir Dogs Nothing hard to understand here - Being John Malkovich I haven't seen it - I heart Huckabees I haven't seen it - Big Fish simple - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (I haven't seen it) |
@Ogaga4Luv The Lord of the Rings trilogy films were awesome. But I agree with you about the ending of "The Return of the King" dragging for so long. Its still a good film all the same. |
@vescucci The Matrix trilogy can be placed in the conundrum category in a way. But I still don't like The Matrix Revolutions. Have you seen THE ANIMATRIX? |
@vescucci, justkunmi, Vieira and Sisi_Kill Come on!! There's a lot of discombobulating (confusing) films we still haven't talked about or seen. - Vanilla Sky (2001) - Blade Runner (1982) - Donnie Darko (2001) I think Sisi_Kill talked about this earlier or so ![]() - Eraserhead (1977) - Primer (2004) ![]() - Mulholland Drive (2001) Its been long since I saw this as well. But this was the film that brought Naomi Watts to the limelight. - Revolver (2005) |
@vescucci and Sisi_Kill discombobulate is the same thing as saying confuse. Its been long since I saw THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE (2004). But from what I remember, it doesn't fall under the conundrum category. |
@v3 hmm! Hav u seen this film SEUN THE CHAIRMAN? Its cool. ![]() |
V3 THE MODERATOR - correct action film ![]() |
@Ogaga4Luv This topic has reached 100 Pages. ![]() |

@justkunmi and Sisi_Kill So, what is difficult to understand in BURN AFTER READING? I'm putting SOURCE CODE and THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU in the list of potential discombobulating films. Lets wait and see. |
@semid4lyfe We all know MY NAME IS KHAN is a good Indian film. Its better than most Nigerian films especially BLACKBERRY BABES. ![]() I'm just waiting for Nigerian cinemas to show BATTLE LOS ANGELES, RANGO and THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU. If not. . . |
@semid4lyfe Dey download dey go. Nothing do you. ![]() @topic PRINCESS MONONOKE ![]() |
@justkunmi, vescucci and Sisi_Kill A movie critic described THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU as Inception for Dummies. ![]() |
@justkunmi I haven't seen BURN AFTER READING. |
denzel2009:@denzel2009 Mine was properly subtitled in English. |
@eldee and semid4lyfe My Name is Khan was very impressive. A good Indian film. |
