The major roads in Onitsha are not more than 5 Enugu Onitsha express road, Onitsha Owerri express road, Awka road , atanii road and iweka road . Which one else ? And at that all are single lanes while Aba has up to 30 major roads with about half of them dualized .

Go and check what development is all about, main market and five storey buildings doesn't make a place developed.

Onitsha lacks amenities, is unplanned and chaotic.

Otti is running shoulder to shoulder with Mba .but in terms of completed projects, Otti is way ahead of Mba . Mba only has more futuristic (ongoing) projects.
Even today Otti will commission cemetery road in Aba,, done with covered drainage and solar powered lights, Otti is more realistic than Mba

Alex Otti is more ambitious in mega project delivery than Peter Obi who was more conservative in saving money than spending.
Both are good in their own ways.

I don't believe in saving money when there are lots of infrastructure deficit. When Peter Obi was busy saving money, lots of streets in Onitsha remained untarred , he could have used that money to turn nnewi Onitsha and Awka into modern cities. He ruled at same time with Sullivan and Akpabio who transformed their respective states by heavily investing in infrastructure.

Otti is better than Obi but he has the advantage of learning from obi's mistakes

This is also the case even when I follow instructions through the Facebook app to purchase data , the data will be credited to my account but still access to my fb account will remain blocked until 12 am of next day when another 15MB will be activated.
